Dave Schramm (born July 20, 1963) is an American college football coach and former player. He is the offensive coordinator for the University of Mary, a position he has held since 2023. As a student-athlete, Schramm played quarterback for three colleges: Cornell College, Grossmont College, and Adams State College.
Schramm has spent over 25 years as an assistant coach. Schramm got his start in coaching with Patrick Henry High School in San Diego, California, where he was an assistant coach from 1984 to 1987. In 1988, he moved to Austin Peay to coach the running backs and tight ends. In 1989, he spent the season as a graduate assistant with Nebraska. San Diego State then hired him as their recruiting coordinator, a position he held from 1990 to 2000. He also coached various positions with the Aztecs: offensive line (1992), safeties (1993), tight ends (1994–1996), and running backs (1997–2001). For the 2002 season, he was the assistant head coach with Texas State. From 2003 to 2004 he was with Montana as the coach of the tight ends and offensive tackles.
From 2005 to 2008, he was the running backs coach at Utah as well as the recruiting coordinator. [1] On January 17, 2009, Dave Schramm accepted the position as Utah's offensive coordinator and quarterback coach. In 2010 Schramm was switched from coaching the quarterbacks to coaching the tight ends when Brian Johnson was added to the staff. [2] He was also named as co-offensive coordinator along with Aaron Roderick. [2]
Schramm was hired as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Fresno State on January 4, 2012. [3] He replaced former offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Jeff Grady, who was let go after Pat Hill was fired by the university and Tim DeRuyter was hired as the new head football coach. [4] On November 30, 2015, he was let go after leading the offense to a 3–9 season. [5]
Jeffrey Raye Tedford is an American football coach and former player. From 2002 to 2012, Tedford was the head football coach for the California Golden Bears, where he was twice named Pac-10 Coach of the Year and holds the California program records for most wins, games coached, and bowl game victories. He also coached at Fresno State from 2017 to 2019 and from 2022 to 2023, leading the team to a school record 12 wins in 2018.
Joshua Kenneth Heupel is an American college football coach and former player who is the head football coach at the University of Tennessee. Previously he was head coach at the University of Central Florida, where he compiled a 28–8 record.
Douglas Keith Nussmeier is an American football coach and former player who is the quarterbacks coach for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played professionally as a quarterback in the NFL and Canadian Football League (CFL). Nussmeier played college football for the Idaho Vandals football, winning the Walter Payton Award as the most outstanding offensive player in NCAA Division I-AA. He was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 1994 NFL draft. He finished his playing career with the CFL's BC Lions.
The Hawaii Rainbow Warriors football team represents the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in NCAA Division I FBS college football. It was part of the Western Athletic Conference until July 2012, when the team joined the Mountain West Conference. From 2000 until 2013, the team was known simply as the Warriors. The Rainbow Warriors were the third team from a nonautomatic qualifier conference to play in a BCS bowl game, playing the Georgia Bulldogs in the 2008 Sugar Bowl and lost 41–10.
Andy Ludwig is an American football coach who was most recently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Utah. He played college football at Snow College and Portland State University, graduating in 1988.
Mike DeBord is an American football coach who was most recently the offensive coordinator at the University of Kansas. He was previously the offensive coordinator of the San Diego Fleet of the Alliance of American Football (AAF), and was the associate head coach and offensive coordinator at Indiana University prior to joining the AAF. DeBord was the head football coach at Central Michigan University from 2000 to 2003, compiling a record of 12–34. He worked as an assistant coach at the University of Michigan for a total of 11 seasons, from 1993 to 1999 and again from 2004 to 2007. He was the offensive coordinator for the Michigan Wolverines for five seasons including Michigan's 1997 campaign, in which the team won part of a national championship. DeBord has also worked as an assistant coach in the National Football League (NFL), with the Seattle Seahawks (2008–2009) and the Chicago Bears (2010–2012).
Nick William Sheridan is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Alabama. He previously served as the tight ends coach at the University of Washington and was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the Indiana University. He played college football for Michigan.
Daniel Patrick Enos is an American football coach and former player who is the offensive analyst at the University of Florida. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Arkansas. He was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Miami in 2019. Enos served as head football coach at Central Michigan University from 2010 to 2014. He was also running backs coach at Michigan State University, where he played as a quarterback from 1987 to 1990.
Bryan Dale Harsin is an American football coach who was most recently the head coach for the Auburn Tigers. Prior to coaching at Auburn, he coached the Boise State University Broncos from the 2014 season through the 2020 season where he posted a 69–19 overall record. He began his head coaching career at Arkansas State University for the 2013 season. Harsin was the co-offensive coordinator at the University of Texas for two seasons. Before leaving for Texas in 2011, Harsin was an assistant at Boise State for 10 seasons, the last five as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
Jeff Hecklinski is an American football coach and former player. He was most recently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at San Diego State University from 2020–2022.
David Brock is an American football coach. He previously was the head coach of University of Delaware Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens from 2013 to 2016.
Matthew Scribner Wells is an American college football coach and former quarterback. He is the associate head coach, co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Kansas State University. Wells previously served as offensive coordinator and then head coach at Utah State University, where he was named Mountain West Conference coach of the year in 2013 and 2018. Wells was named head football coach at Texas Tech University on November 29, 2018, and led the team until his firing midway through the 2021 season. He also served as an offensive analyst at the University of Oklahoma under head coach Brent Venables during the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
Clinton James Trickett is an American football coach who serves as the tight ends coach and pass game coordinator for the Georgia Southern Eagles football team. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Marshall University. He played college football at Florida State and West Virginia.
Eric Kiesau is an American football coach who is currently an offensive quality control coach at the University of Florida. Kiesau was previously the offensive coordinator at Auburn University. He served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Boise State University. Kiesau served as the interim head football coach at Fresno State University for the final four games of the 2016 season after the firing of Tim DeRuyter.
