David Henry Cyr (born January 9, 1950) is a former Deputy Chief of Chaplains of the United States Air Force.
Cyr was born in Patten, Maine. [1] He joined the United States Air Force as a Protestant chaplain in 1979. [2] His assignments included Executive Office to the Chief of Chaplains from 1993 to 1995, Chaplain of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1998 to 2001, Command Chaplain of the United States Air Forces in Europe from 2001 to 2003 and Command Chaplain at Headquarters Air Combat Command from 2003 to 2006. He was named Deputy Chief of Chaplains and achieved the rank of brigadier general in 2008. Cyr remained Deputy Chief of Chaplains until 2011. He retired later that year.
Awards he received include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit with two oak leaf clusters, the Meritorious Service Medal with silver oak leaf cluster, the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Force Achievement Medal.
General Larry D. Welch is a retired United States Air Force four star general who served as the 12th Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. As Chief of Staff, he served as the senior uniformed Air Force officer responsible for the organization, training and equipping of a combined active duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian force serving at locations in the United States and overseas. As a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he and the other service chiefs functioned as the principal military advisers to the Secretary of Defense, National Security Council and the President. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Nuclear Weapon Surety Task Force for the Defense Science Board.

John K. McMullen is the Commander, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force - Afghanistan, Commander, NATO Air Command-Afghanistan, and the Deputy Commander-Air, U.S. Forces- Afghanistan. In these command roles, he oversees two NATO aerial ports of debarkation, two air expeditionary wings and two expeditionary groups consisting of more than 6,900 Airmen. He also advises and assists with joint expeditionary tasked/individual augmentee taskings in the Afghanistan combined joint operating area and ensures the optimal integration of air and space power in support of Headquarters ISAF and Operation Enduring Freedom missions. As the Commander, NATO Air Command-Afghanistan, he is responsible for developing the Afghan Air Force. In addition to these three command functions, Major General McMullen serves as the Central Command Combined Forces Air Component Commander's personal representative to the ISAF Commander as the Air Component Coordination Element liaison and also serves on the ISAF Joint Command staff as the Deputy Chief of Staff-Air.
John L. "Jack" Hudson is a retired lieutenant general in the U.S. Air Force. He was Commander, Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio (WPAFB).
