Enduro is a form of motorcycle sport run on extended cross-country, off-road courses. Enduro consists of many different obstacles and challenges. The main type of enduro event, and the format to which the World Enduro Championship is run, is a time-card enduro, whereby a number of stages are raced in a time trial against the clock.
Stefan William Merriman is a former professional motorcycle trials and enduro rider. He won the World Enduro Championship in 2000 (250cc), 2001 (400cc), 2003 (250cc), and 2004.
Juha Salminen is a Finnish former professional motorcycle enduro racer. He is a 13-time World Enduro Champion and has also won the German championship (1998) and the Spanish championship (2000–2002).
Kari Tiainen is a Finnish former professional enduro rider. He competed in the World Enduro Championships from 1989 to 2003. Tiainen is notable for being a seven-time World Enduro Champion and held the record for most wins in the world championship (77), until the record was broken by compatriot Juha Salminen during the 2008 season. In 2012, Tiainen was named an FIM Legend for his motorcycling achievements.
The FIM Enduro World Championship, formerly known as the World Enduro Championship, is the world championship series for enduro, a popular form of off-road motorcycle sport. The championship currently features three classes, along with separate categories for junior and female riders. The championship was first organized in 1990, and currently consists of 16 races based on eight two-day events. All rounds include an enduro test, a motocross test and an extreme test.
Samuli Aro is a Finnish enduro rider. He is a five-time World Enduro Champion and has also won the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) World Trophy with Team Finland five times.

Giovanni Sala is an Italian enduro rider and a six-time World Enduro Champion. He is also a four-time winner of the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) World Trophy with Team Italy, and was the fastest overall in the competition in 1992, 1996 and 1997.
Paul "Fast Eddy" Edmondson is a British former professional motorcycle enduro racer and a four-time World Enduro Champion. He is also a long-time member of the British team in the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE), was the fastest racer in the 125 cc class in 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1994 and holds the ISDE record for gold medals, taking his total to 16 in 2009's Portugal ISDE.
Laia Sanz Pla-Giribert, also known as Laia Sanz, is a Spanish sportswoman. She is a fourteen-time Women's Trial World Champion and ten-time Women's Trial European Champion in outdoor motorcycle trials.
Toby Joseph Price OAM is an Australian off-road and enduro motorcycle racing world champion. He lives in Gold Coast, Queensland, and rode for the KTM Off-Road Racing Team until October 2015. He now represents the Red Bull Factory KTM Rally Team.
Antoine Méo is a French enduro rider and five-time world champion from 2010 to 2013 and 2015.
Shane Watts, is an Australian former professional motorcycle enduro racer. He won the 1997 125cc World Enduro Championship as well as several Australian and American national off-road championships during his career. Known for his unpredictability and disregard to injury, many call Watts the "Travis Pastrana" of off-road racing. He has been featured in several films, including Common Ground and Moto3, a film featuring only top level riders. Not only was he a very successful racer, but he has also made a smooth transition into the business world. He has made several instructional DVDs and currently owns and operates the DirtWise Academy of Off-Road Riding.
Tadeusz Błażusiak, also known as Taddy Blazusiak is a Polish motorcycle rider who has won professional titles in trial, enduro and endurocross. He won the Erzberg Rodeo, an annual Austrian extreme enduro event, five times; the FIM Indoor Enduro World Cup six times; and the AMA EnduroCross Championship five times.
Jonny Walker is a British motorcycle rider who has won professional titles in Enduro and one time he was under the title the best enduro rider in the world. He won the Erzberg Rodeo, red bull 111 Megawatt twice, MAXXIS FIM Superenduro World Championship, an annual Austrian extreme enduro event, three times; Romaniacs twice: Hells Gate and The Tough One once. Jonny Walker has also won many second and third place positions on the podium.

Zach Osborne is an American former professional motocross, supercross and enduro racer. He currently works as a television sports commentator. He competed in the AMA Motocross Championships from 2006 to 2007 and in the Motocross World Championships from 2008 to 2012, before returning to compete in the AMA Motocross Championships from 2013 to 2022. Osborne is notable for winning two AMA motocross national championships and, has represented the United States as a member of American teams at the Motocross des Nations, as well as in the International Six Days Enduro.
