David Latimer is an American designer. [1] He is the founder of New Frontier Design. Latimer has spoken extensively about innovative design, [2] intentional living, and sustainable practices. [3]
Latimer, attended a private Christian School as a high schooler, worked as a stripper. Latimer attended at Furman University. [4] [5]
Latimer began his professional career in New York City working for Ralph Lauren (RRL). Later, he joined Earnest Sewn, where he started working in Uganda, helping to build and expand an orphanage. [2] In 2014, Latimer co-founded New Frontier Design, where he provides architectural and interior design services for homes and businesses, in addition to continuing to design and sell tiny home models. Design on a Dime is a decorating television series that aired on HGTV from 2003 to 2013. In this long-running series, a design team demonstrates how problem areas can be revitalized on a budget of only $1,000. The show was based in Chicago, IL. and featured a rotation of design teams and hosts. Later episodes featured designer Casey Noble using innovative solutions to the toughest makeover scenarios and with a bigger budget of $2,500. There were a few variations, including episodes highlighting a $3,000 wedding, Christmas, a special "Etsy" episode, and more.
Fixer Upper is an American reality television series about home design and renovation that aired on HGTV. The series starred Chip and Joanna Gaines, a married couple who own a home renovation and redecoration business in Waco, Texas. The show's pilot aired in May 2013, with the first full season beginning in April 2014. Season two began in January 2015; season three began in December 2015; and season four began in November 2016. The final season premiered on November 21, 2017.

He is known for his cost effective, flexible designs which focus on spatial qualities. Chang’s designs can be categorized as modern or contemporary architecture. He is also known for his home, the Domestic Transformer, which can turn into "24 rooms" within a limited space of 32 sq.m. He is currently the Managing Director of EDGE Design Institute Ltd., the renowned company he founded in 1994.
Blank Studio Architecture is an architectural practice based in Phoenix, Arizona. The practice was founded in 2006 by Matthew Trzebiatowski, AIA. The work of Blank Studio Architecture has been compared to the likes of Le Corbusier and Mies van der Rohe because of their use of material and volume. Their works focus on the sensual qualities found in architecture, such as interplay of natural and artificial illumination, and unconventional uses of material. Projects consistently display a phenomenological approach to design.

The company has its origins in Dividian Production Group, an independent film company that the twins, along with their older brother JD, founded in 2002. Fernando Wong is a Panamanian landscape designer born in Panama City. He moved to the United States in 2001 and established his landscape architecture firm, Fernando Wong Outdoor Living Design, Inc. in Miami Beach, Florida in 2005. Since then he has opened additional offices in Palm Beach, Florida and Southampton, New York. Wong designs large private gardens, public parks, museums and hotels, and has won several design awards. His television show Clipped with Martha Stewart debuted on the Discovery+ and HGTV channels on March 12, 2021. Wong has been called "one of the most important landscape designers in America" by Architectural Digest.
