David Moore is a Manx politician and former chairman of the Finance Board, the forerunner to the present Treasury Minister. He was Member of the House of Keys for Peel from 1978 until his retirement in 1986. [1] In 1985, he was appointed the last chairman of the Finance Board.
In 2007 he stood for election to the Legislative Council in the 5th round of voting against Laxey Commissioner David Owens and stood unopposed in the 6th round of voting but failed to be elected by one vote.
Alan Martin Dukes is an Irish former Fine Gael politician who served as Minister for Transport, Energy and Communication from 1996 to 1997, leader of the Opposition and leader of Fine Gael from 1987 to 1990, Minister for Justice from 1986 to 1987, Minister for Finance from 1982 to 1986 and Minister for Agriculture from 1981 to 1982. He served as a Teachta Dála (TD) from 1981 to 2002.

Árni M. Mathiesen is an Icelandic politician. From September 2005 through 31 January 2009, he was Minister of Finance in Iceland. From 1999 to 2005 he was Minister of Fisheries. Mathiesen was first elected to the Althing for the Independence Party in 1991, when he was the youngest member of the Althing at the age of 33.

Simmonds was formerly a councillor on Hillingdon London Borough Council, having served from 1998 to 2022. He has been Shadow Minister for Housing, Communities and Local Government since July 2024.
Volkmar Klein is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). He has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2009 and was a member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia from 1995 until 2009.
