De Kreun is a concert hall in the Belgian city of Kortrijk. The Dutch term "Kreun" literally translates into English as "groan". It is a concert venue located in the centre of Kortrijk where most of all pop and rock concerts take place. De Kreun also serves as an organisation who supports new musical talent.
De Kreun started as a small and local club in Bissegem, a suburb just outside the centre of Kortrijk. In 2006, De Kreun celebrated its 25th anniversary. In the same period, the club moved to the city centre of Kortrijk, in an old Cinemacomplex downtown (Den Gouden Lanteern), while the offices moved to the Music Centre Track, near the conservatory, in the former VRT-buildings.
During fall 2009, a brand new concert venue was opened with a concert hall, spaces for workshops, rehearsal, recording studio's etc. near the Music Centre Track.

Glasgow Royal Concert Hall is a concert and arts venue located in Glasgow, Scotland. It is owned by Glasgow City Council and operated by Glasgow Life, an agency of Glasgow City Council, which also runs Glasgow's City Halls and Old Fruitmarket venue.
A music venue is any location used for a concert or musical performance. Music venues range in size and location, from a small coffeehouse for folk music shows, an outdoor bandshell or bandstand or a concert hall to an indoor sports stadium. Typically, different types of venues host different genres of music. Opera houses, bandshells, and concert halls host classical music performances, whereas public houses ("pubs"), nightclubs, and discothèques offer music in contemporary genres, such as rock, dance, country, and pop.
The Antwerps Sportpaleis, also called Sportpaleis Antwerpen, Sportpaleis Merksem or simply the Sportpaleis, is an arena in Antwerp, Belgium. It is a multipurpose hall where concerts, sporting events, festivals and fairs are organized. The arena was built for sport, especially track cycling, but there is now little sport there, an exception being the Diamond Games tennis.

Webster Hall is a nightclub and concert venue located at 125 East 11th Street, between Third and Fourth Avenues, near Astor Place, in the East Village of Manhattan, New York City. It is one of New York City's most historically significant theater and event halls, having hosted social events of all types since the club's construction in 1886 as a "hall for hire".
