The Dedhrota is a village and a former princely state in Gujarat, India. [1]

History

Dedhrota was a sixth class jurisdictional [2] princely state in the Sabar Kantha Thana in Mahi Kantha Agency ruled by jhala rajputs. It consisted of villages and a population of 725. Its annual revenue was Rs. 2,203 (equivalent to ₹958,686in 2023) and it was a tributary to the Baroda State. [3] It covered an area of 10 square miles (26 km2). [4]

Rulers

The rulers of Dedhrota bore the title of Thakur or Thakore. [4] [5]
