Delano McCoy-Splatt (born 11 October 2004) is a footballer who plays as a midfielder for the youth academy of Fulham. Born in England, he is a Jamaica international. [1]
Born in London, he started playing football at a young age because of his father, a former footballer. [2]
As a youth player, McCoy-Splatt joined the youth academy of English lower league side Dulwich Hamlet. In 2016, he joined the youth academy of Fulham in the English Premier League. [3] [4] McCoy-Splatt captained the Fulham U18 team, before moving to the U21 team in 2023.
In early 2023, Jamaica national team coach Heimir Hallgrímsson spoke of selecting young Jamaican-eligible players from overseas U17 and U18 teams, in order to assess them and encourage them to declare for Jamaica. [5] On 7 March 2023, McCoy-Splatt was named in a youthful squad, containing a number of English-based teenagers ahead of two friendlies against Trinidad and Tobago. [6] He went onto make his senior international debut on 11 March, in a 1–0 home friendly defeat to Trinidad and Tobago. [7]
McCoy-Splatt mainly operates as a centre midfielder. [2]
He is the brother of footballers Jamie Splatt and Javaun Splatt. [8]

Fulham U21
The Jamaica national football team, nicknamed the "Reggae Boyz", represents Jamaica in men's international football. The team's first match was against Haiti in 1925. The squad is under the supervising body of the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF), which is a member of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF), and the global jurisdiction of FIFA. Jamaica's home matches have been played at Independence Park since its opening in 1962.

Ricky Hill is an English football coach and a former player who is the manager of the Turks and Caicos Islands national team. He spent most of his playing career at Luton Town FC for 14 years, while representing England at Senior, U21 and U18 International levels. Hill was the fourth Black player to play for England’s Senior National team and the first British South Asian to represent England at the Senior level. Hill began his managerial career as a Player/Coach with the Tampa Bay Rowdies in 1992 and in that season saw the Rowdies appear in both the League Championship final and the Professional Cup final, in addition to Hill also being awarded ‘Coach of the Year’ amongst other notable player accolades such as Best Passer and All-Star First Team. Spanning 25 years managing various professional clubs across the US, UK, and the Caribbean, Hill made 4 US championship appearances at the professional level, reinforcing his standing as one of the most successful Black coaches in the history of US professional soccer. Most recently, Hill authored Love of the Game – Ricky Hill: The Man Who Brought the Rooney Rule to the UK which was nominated as a finalist for the 2022 Sports Books Awards in association with The Sunday Times (UK).
