Designed in the Neo-Renaissance style, and opened as the Book-Cadillac Hotel in 1924, the 349 ft (106 m), 31-story, 453-room hotel includes 65 exclusive luxury condominiums and penthouses on the top eight floors. It reopened in October 2008, managed by Westin Hotels, after a $200-million restoration.
Aqua is an 82-story mixed-use skyscraper in Lakeshore East, downtown Chicago, Illinois. Designed by a team led by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang Architects, with James Loewenberg of Loewenberg & Associates as the Architect of Record, it includes five levels of parking below ground. The building's eighty-story, 140,000 sq ft (13,000 m2) base is topped by a 82,550 sq ft (7,669 m2) terrace with gardens, gazebos, pools, hot tubs, a walking/running track and a fire pit. Each floor covers approximately 16,000 sq ft (1,500 m2).

La Renaissance Apartments is an apartment building located at 424 Spadina Crescent East in the Central Business District of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The building was completed in 1983 and at 24 stories is the second tallest building in the city and contains 96 condominiums. It is similar in design to Regina's and Saskatchewan's tallest building, the Delta Regina Hotel.

Similar in design to Saskatoon's Radisson Hotel and La Renaissance Apartments.
