Dennis H. Gabryszak (born November 18,1951) is an American former politician from the state of New York. A Democrat,Gabryszak was a member of the New York State Assembly for the 143rd district from 2007 until his January 2014 resignation.
Gabryszak is of Polish heritage. [1]
Gabryszak served as trustee on the board of trustees for Depew,New York in 1981. In 1984,he was elected to the Cheektowaga Town Board;he served as supervisor of Cheektowaga from 1993 to 2006.
Gabryszak was first elected to the New York State Assembly in 2006.
In December 2013,three of Gabryszak's former legislative staffers accused him of sexual harassment. [2] By January 2014,that number had grown to seven. [3] [4] New York Governor Andrew Cuomo stated that Gabryszak should address the sexual harassment allegations or resign. Gabryszak resigned his Assembly seat on January 12,2014. [5]
Depew is a village in Erie County,New York. The population was 15,303 at the time of the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area. The village is named for Chauncey Depew,a politician and one of the original investors who bought the land for the village,which was incorporated in 1894.

William Ballard "Sam" Hoyt III is an American politician from New York. A Democrat,Hoyt is an economic development professional and was a member of the New York State Assembly from 1992 to 2011. He represented the 144th Assembly district,consisting of part of Buffalo,New York,and all of Grand Island,New York,from 1992 to 2011. Hoyt was first elected to succeed his late father,William Hoyt. He resigned from office in 2011 after a sexual harassment suit and he previously was the subject of an ethics investigation in 2008 concerning a two-year sexual relationship with a 23-year-old assembly intern,named Lori Gradwell.

After his first tenure with the Broncos,Joseph served as defensive coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals from 2019 to 2022,before being re-hired by the Broncos as defensive coordinator in 2023.
Riverside Institute of Technology was a public high school located in Buffalo,New York. It served Grades 9-12 and taught according to the Board of Regents. Riverside closed in June 2019 after years of low academic performance and safety concerns.

Some of these allegations are linked to the aftermath of the Harvey Weinstein sexual abuse cases starting in October 2017 amid the wider MeToo movement.

Andrew Cuomo,the 56th governor of New York,was accused of sexual harassment by multiple women starting in December 2020,with the accusations covering a range of alleged behavior. He denied all allegations and has apologized for his comments being interpreted as sexually charged. On February 28,2021,New York Attorney General Letitia James announced that she would hire and deputize a law firm to conduct an independent investigation into the allegations. On March 11,the New York State Assembly authorized an impeachment investigation into the allegations. In August 2021,James released an investigatory report which stated that Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women during his time in office,with actions such as unwanted groping,kissing and sexual comments. The controversy surrounding these allegations culminated in Governor Cuomo's resignation from office.
