Sashikanth under their respective production houses, Radiance Media Group and YNOT Studios, the film stars Dulquer Salmaan, in his maiden Tamil film, with Nazriya Nazim as female lead role while Madhoo, appearing in prominent role. It was filmed simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam, the latter being titled as Samsaaram Aarogyathinu Haanikaram with a slightly changed supporting cast.
Robo Shankar is an Indian standup comedian who has appeared in character roles in Tamil films. He made his breakthrough with STAR Vijay's Kalakkapovathu Yaaru, performing standup comedy. He is a now cast as regular on several shows on Star Vijay and has presented television shows for the channel.

Selva Kumar, featuring Dinesh, Miya, Nivetha Pethuraj, Dev Ramnath, and Riythvika in lead roles. Lingesh, Karunakaran, Ramesh Thilak, Bala Saravanan, and Nagineedu play supporting roles.
Nivetha Pethuraj is an Indian actress who appears in Telugu and Tamil films. She made her acting debut with the Tamil film Oru Naal Koothu (2016). She then made her Telugu debut with Mental Madhilo (2017).
Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2 is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language thriller film written by Rajesh Kumar and directed by JPR. Despite its title, the film is a spiritual successor to the 2013 film Chennaiyil Oru Naal, although Sarath Kumar reprises his role, while Napoleon, Suhasini, Ramdoss, and Baby Sathanya play other supporting roles. The music was composed by Jakes Bejoy with cinematography by Vijay Deepak and editing by Gopi Krishna. The film released on 18 October 2017.

Vellai Pookal is a 2019 Indian Tamil language neo-noir crime thriller film directed by newcomer Vivek Elangovan. The film stars Vivek, Charle, Pooja Devariya, Dev Ramnath and Paige Henderson. The film was released on 19 April 2019, a day after the start of the 2019 Indian general election.
Maari is the soundtrack album for the 2015 Tamil film of the same name, starring Dhanush and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles, directed by Balaji Mohan. The soundtrack album was composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with three songs written by Dhanush, and the rest of the songs written by Vignesh Shivan and G. Rokesh. The film marks the third collaboration between Dhanush and Anirudh Ravichander. The audio rights were purchased by Sony Music and the soundtrack album was released on 7 June 2015, receiving positive reception.
Nelson Venkatesan is an Indian film director, who has directed Tamil language films. He rose to fame through the romantic drama Oru Naal Koothu (2016), and has gone on to make feature films including the comedy drama Monster (2019) and the thriller drama Farhana (2023).
