Tamale, officially called Tamale Metropolitan Area is the fastest growing city in West Africa. It is the capital city of the Northern Region of Ghana. The city is a current hotspot for investment in the West African sub-region. It is stable, peaceful and presents limitless opportunities for potential investors. The people of the city are known for their unique hospitality and friendliness. Tamale is Ghana's third-largest city. Volta Region, is one of Ghana's sixteen administrative regions, with Ho designated as its capital. It is located west of Republic of Togo and to the east of Lake Volta. Divided into 25 administrative districts, the region is multi-ethnic and multilingual, including groups such as the Ewe, the Guan, and the Akan peoples. The Guan peoples include the Lolobi, Likpe, Akpafu, Buem, and Nkonya people, et al. This region was carved out of the Volta Region in December 2018 by the New Patriotic Party

He won a second term on 9 December 2020 in a tightly contested race against National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate and former president, John Mahama.
