In it, A Boogie wit da Hoodie is seen being controlled as a marionette by an unknown woman and fighting against it, singing under rainfall, recording at a studio, and walking down a street while being chased by a mob of people. His stage name is derived from the character "Ace Boogie" from the 2002 film Paid in Full, and because he was wearing hoodies all the time, friends gave him the nickname "A Boogie wit da Hoodie".
