Rashtriya Lok Samta Party was a political party in India led by Upendra Kushwaha. It was launched on 3 March 2013 and was based in the state of Bihar. The party came into existence as a result of a feud between Nitish Kumar and Upendra Kushwaha,after which Kushwaha left The Nitish Kumar lead Janata Dal (United) and formed his own party. It has faced multiple rebellions and desertions since 2015. After the relations between Nitish and Kushwaha normalized,Upendra Kushwaha merged RLSP into JDU on March 14th 2021,with this,the party ceased to exit.

Later,he formed Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP),which also merged with JD(U) in 2021. On 20 February 2023,Kushwaha resigned from all positions in Janata Dal (United) and formed his own party called Rashtriya Lok Morcha due to his political problems with JD(U) and Nitish Kumar.
Sumitra Devi was an Indian National Congress politician from Bihar. She was first elected to Bihar Legislative Assembly in 1952 from Jagdishpur. In 1963,she became the first woman cabinet minister of Bihar. She was also the first Bihari woman to become a cabinet minister in Government of India in 1977. Devi was born in Munger district on September 25,1922,and died on February 3,2001. She has served 4 times as MLA of Arrah from 1962 to 1969 and 1972 to 1980. Apart from this,she was also elected once from Piro Assembly constituency in 1957. In 1977,she participated in Indian General elections from Balia Lok Sabha constituency as an independent candidate,but she was defeated.
Ramesh Singh Kushwaha is an Indian politician. He was the State President of Rashtriya Lok Morcha till March 2024. He is former member Of Bihar Legislative Assembly from 106th Ziradei constituency in Siwan district. In March 2024,he joined Janata Dal (United) along with his wife.
Kushwaha Shivpujan Mehta is the Jharkhand state legislative assembly member from Hussainabad. In the 2014 general election,he was elected as MLA as Bahujan Samaj Party candidate. He joined All Jharkhand Students Union in November 2019,and is now District level chairman of All India Kushwaha Mahasabha,Hazaribagh from 15 December 2020.

He is a leader in the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) Liberation. He was the national president of the Revolutionary Youth Association in India. In 2020 he defeated his near rival Kamla Devi from Ziradei seat with a margin of more than 25000 votes.
Umesh Singh Kushwaha is a Former Member of Legislative Assembly in Bihar from Mahnar constituency. He is a member of Janata Dal (United). Kushwaha is the son of Vasudev Singh and hails from Kajri Bujurg village in the Vaishali district of Bihar. He studied at Acharya Narendra Dev College Shahpur Patori,Lalit Narayan Mithila University. Besides being a politician he is also active in business and is a share holder in Lord Budhha food product private ltd. He is the current Bihar state President of Janata Dal (United).

Manoj Singh Kushwaha is a former minister of Bihar. Kushwaha was the Minor Water Resources minister in the Jitan Ram Manjhi cabinet in 2014–15. He contested from the Kurhani Assembly constituency in February 2005,November 2005 and 2010 legislative assembly elections,and was victorious.
Ram Balak Singh also known as Ram Balak Singh Kushwaha is an Indian politician and former Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Bibhutipur Assembly Constituency of the Bihar legislative assembly. He is a member of Janata Dal (United) (JDU). He is a two term MLA from the Bibhutipur Assembly Constituency,which is a part of Ujiarpur Lok Sabha Constituency. In 2010 and 2015 assembly elections to Bihar Legislative Assembly,he won as a candidate of Janata Dal (United). In 2015 assembly elections,he defeated Ram Dev Varma of Communist Party of India (Marxist). However,in 2020 assembly elections,he lost to Ajay Kumar of Communist Party of India (Marxist). He has also served on the key position of the ruling party JDU,which includes the General Secretary of Bihar wing of Janata Dal (United).
Rajesh Kumar Singh also known as Rajesh Singh Kushwaha is a Member of Legislative Assembly for Bihar Legislative Assembly from the Hathua Assembly constituency in Gopalganj district. Singh was elected to the Assembly in 2020 Assembly elections by defeating Ram Sewak Singh of Janata Dal (United),by a margin of more than 30,000 votes. He was elected as a candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal.
Rajesh Kushwaha alias Rajesh Kumar is an Indian politician and a former member of Bihar Legislative Assembly. He was elected to the lower house of Bihar legislature as a candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in 2015. In 2020,the RJD chose Santosh Kushwaha,replacing him,as party candidate for the Kesaria Assembly constituency. Hence,he constested the Bihar Assembly elections of 2020 as an independent candidate,losing to Shalini Mishra of Janata Dal (United).
Fateh Bahadur Singh commonly known as Fateh Bahadur Kushwaha is a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly for the 17th Bihar Assembly. He was elected as a candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal from the Dehri Assembly constituency of Rohtas district. In the 2020 Assembly elections,he defeated Satyanarayan Singh of Bhartiya Janata Party,who was his nearest political rival.
Sunil Kumar also called Sunil Kushwaha is a former Member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from Sitamarhi Assembly constituency. He was elected to Bihar Assembly from this constituency in 2015 Bihar Assembly elections,as a candidate of Rashtriya Janata Dal. In this election,he defeated the second runner-up,Sunil Kumar Pintu of Bhartiya Janata Party. In the 2015 elections,Kumar secured 81,557 votes,and the margin of his victory was nine percent votes more than his opponent. In 2020 Bihar Assembly elections,Kumar was pitted against Mithilesh Kumar of Bhartiya Janata Party;latter was able to defeat him with a margin of 11,475 votes. It was believed by the poll strategists that Kumar will get the votes from Other Backward Class and Muslims,while his opponent would be supported by Forward Castes. However,in the final counting of votes,Kumar was defeated.
Krishna Nandan Prasad Verma is an Indian politician,who was elected to Bihar Legislative Assembly from Ghosi Assembly constituency in 2015 Bihar Assembly elections. Verma is a member of Janata Dal (United). He has served as Minister for Education in Nitish Kumar's cabinet. He was also given charge of Social Justice ministry,after resignation of Manju Verma from this position,who resigned after being implicated in Muzaffarpur Shelter case. Verma has represented Mukhdumpur Assembly constituency as well. He lost to Suday Yadav of Rashtriya Janata Dal in 2020 Bihar Assembly elections,in a triangular contest involving Indu Devi Kashyap,a defector from Bhartiya Janata Party as third important candidate from this constituency,apart from himself and Yadav.
Ravindra Singh also known as Ravindra Singh Kushwaha is an Indian politician based in Bihar,who was elected to Bihar Legislative Assembly twice from Arwal Assembly constituency. Singh was a member of Janata Dal and later became a member of Rashtriya Janata Dal. He is considered as one of the close accomplice of former Bihar Chief Minister,Lalu Prasad Yadav. Singh hails from communist background and before joining politics,he was a member of armed naxalite organisations active in the Bihar's red corridor.
