The resort is fully owned and operated by The Oriental Land Company under a license from The Walt Disney Company, which constructed and designed the resort and its various attractions through its Imagineering research & development arm.
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is a hotel located at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The hotel was constructed as part of a major expansion of the Disneyland Resort in 2001. It was constructed and operated by The Walt Disney Company. The hotel was designed in the American Craftsman style of architecture. It also features a Disney Vacation Club wing that opened on September 23, 2009. The hotel has a private entrance to Disney California Adventure Park. In 2017, Disney remodeled the rooms, along with the lobby.
Tokyo Disneyland is a 115-acre (47 ha) theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, near Tokyo. Its main gate is directly adjacent to both Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland Station. It was the first Disney park to be built outside the United States and it opened on April 15, 1983. Tokyo Disneyland and its companion park, Tokyo DisneySea, are the only Disney parks in the world not owned or operated by The Walt Disney Company in any capacity.

Opened on October 1, 1971, the hotel is one of two original properties located at the complex alongside Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and is currently listed as a deluxe-priced resort. It is adjacent to the Magic Kingdom theme park, and is identified by its A-frame main building.

Stern Architects and styled after archetypal New England architecture with its white clapboard exterior, porches, woodwork and nautical memorabilia. Its name was derived from the town of Newport, Rhode Island. Restaurants feature seafood and the hotel itself is built in a crescent shape around one extreme of Lake Disney, which itself features a small lighthouse. It is the largest hotel on property and at the time of its opening held more rooms (1093) than any other hotel in Western Europe.
The Walt Disney World Casting Center is the official center for employment and recruiting for the Walt Disney World Resort. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and built by Orlando-based design-build company H. J. High Construction, the building opened in 1989. The Casting Center is located across from the Disney Springs complex near the Team Disney building and borders the Walt Disney World property on Interstate 4 so it can be used to advertise Walt Disney World job opportunities to commuters traveling by on the busy interstate.

Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast is a trackless dark ride at Tokyo Disneyland based on Disney's Beauty and the Beast (1991). It opened on September 28, 2020. The attraction opened as part of the Tokyo Disneyland Expansion in 2020, the largest expansion in the history of Tokyo Disneyland. The new section adds around 4.7 hectares to the theme park.
Fantasy Springsis a themed area at Tokyo DisneySea. Described as the park's eighth "port of call", the area takes the theme of 'a magical spring that leads to a world of Disney fantasy' and comprises three distinct areas recreating the worlds of the Disney films Peter Pan, Frozen and Tangled. Fantasy Springs includes four attractions, three restaurants, one shop, and a new luxury hotel situated inside the park. Built at an estimated construction cost of ¥320 billion and a development area of approximately 140,000 square meters, Fantasy Springs is the largest expansion of Tokyo Disney Resort since the initial opening of Tokyo DisneySea in 2001.
