Ditz (often stylised DITZ) is an English rock band that formed in Brighton in 2016. The band consists of Cal Francis (vocals), Caleb Remnant (bass), Anton Mocock (Guitar), Jack Looker (Guitar), Sam Evans (Drums).

Background

The band formed in 2016 in Brighton, [3] [1] with the members being involved in the various music scenes in the city. The original founders, Cal Francis, and Caleb Remnant grew up together in Gloucestershire, and had tried to form bands with limited success. [4] Later that year, Anton Mocock joined the band, followed by then drummer, Jack Looker, who joined Ditz in early 2017, [4] with Sam Evans finalising the line up in early 2019.

In 2020, the band released their EP, 5 Songs, which included a collection of singles previously released in 2018 to 2019. Around this time, the band signed on to Alcopop! Records. In 2022, they released their debut studio album, The Great Regression, which was met to critical acclaim. [1] [5]

Skydancer is the third studio album by Australian metalcore band In Hearts Wake. It was released on 1 May 2015 through UNFD and Rise Records. It was produced by Josh Schroeder, Dan Brown and Troy Brady. It is the continuation of their second studio album Earthwalker. The album peaked at No. 2 at official ARIA Charts. It's the last album to feature Caleb Burton as a writer, with his departure following the release of Skydancer. Nic Pettersen of Northlane played drums on the album, with Caleb being unable to secure a US Visa in time to record the album; producer Josh Schroeder revealed on Reddit that he was originally going to track drums for both Earthwalker and Skydancer, going as far as writing the drum tracks for both records and practicing as a touring member for the upcoming shows close to his studio.

Salem are a British punk rock band from Southampton. Formed in 2019, the group consists of vocalist Will Gould and guitarist Matt Reynolds. For live performances, the core duo are joined by bassist Ranny Ransom and drummer Aaron Graham. Initially conceived as a side project in the summer of 2019, Gould, Reynolds and Graham recorded five songs which they did not originally intend to release. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic meant that Creeper were unable to tour, the tracks were released as Salem's self-titled debut EP in 2020. A second five-track EP, Salem II, followed in 2021.
