One Wish: The Holiday Album is the sixth studio album by American singer Whitney Houston, released on November 18, 2003 by Arista Records. The album is a Christmas album, and featured the single of her rendition of "One Wish ", which reached the top twenty on Billboard's US Adult Contemporary chart. The album spent six weeks on the Billboard 200 and, as of January 2018, is certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America for sales over 500,000 copies. One Wish also features a duet with Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, on "The Little Drummer Boy". The album also includes "Joy to the World" and "Who Would Imagine a King", both of which first appeared on 1996's The Preacher's Wife: Original Soundtrack Album.
Original Soundtracks 1 is a studio album recorded by rock band U2 and Brian Eno under the pseudonym Passengers as a side project. Released on 6 November 1995, the album is a collection of songs written for mostly imaginary films. Owing to Eno's involvement as a full songwriting partner and the album's experimental nature, the moniker "Passengers" was chosen to distinguish it from U2's conventional albums. It was commercially unnoticed by the band's standards and received generally mixed reviews. Guest musicians on the record included Italian opera singer Luciano Pavarotti and producer Howie B, who would co-produce U2's following album, Pop (1997).

Natalie Walker is an American vocalist, songwriter and musician from Indiana who first came to prominence as part of the group Daughter Darling. While her time in the low-key electronica trip hop outfit was promising, Walker decided on a solo career, and released her first album Urban Angel in 2006, which was produced by the duo Stuhr. The album made minor waves commercially, but it was a pair of songs from the full-length that helped Walker's career, one of which, a remix of "Quicksand", was featured in the Sofia Coppola film Marie Antoinette, while another, "Waking Dream", was featured in the film Circles, made it to television, and was featured in an episode of Grey's Anatomy. Her follow-up, With You, was released in 2008, and also featured production by Stuhr. Walker's EP titled Spark was released on June 21, 2011 via Dorado music and features production by Ted Bruner and Dan Chen and Nate Greenberg of Stuhr, the Brooklyn-based production team behind 200'’s With You and her 2006 solo debut.
Old Songs New Songs is a budget-priced compilation album by the British progressive rock band Family, released in March 1971. The title is taken from the title of a song that appeared on the band's 1968 debut album Music in a Doll's House, although that song does not appear on this record.

"Strange Overtones" is an uptempo electronic gospel song, and its lyrics explore the themes of humanity overcoming technology that are central to the album. "Strange Overtones" was well received by critics, and was downloaded 40,000 times in its first three days of release.
