Dolo is a town in the Dolo Department of Bougouriba Province in south-western Burkina Faso. The town has a population of 2,843 and is the capital of Dolo Department. [1]
Dolo is a department or commune of Bougouriba Province in south-western Burkina Faso. Its capital lies at the town of Dolo. According to the 1996 census the department has a total population of 8.910.
Bougouriba is one of the 45 provinces of Burkina Faso and is in Sud-Ouest Region. In 2006 the population of Bougouriba was 102507. The capital of Bougouriba is Diébougou. The 127km2 Bontioli Reserve is located in the province.
