Geffen Records is an American record label, founded in 1980 by David Geffen. Originally a music subsidiary of the now-defunct Geffen Pictures, it is owned by the Interscope Geffen A&M faction of Universal Music Group.
P-Square is a Nigerian Music duo, consisting of the twin brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye, who co-write and co-produce much of their records. Noted for their artistic reinvention, musical versatility, and visual presentation, they are widely regarded as one of the most influential African Acts of all time and one of the most successful African Music Group internationally. They were integral to the evolution of the 2000s and 2010s African popular music. A prominent figure in the Africa popular culture of the 21st Century, P-Square was awarded the honorary "artistes of the decade," for their cultural impacts in the music industry between 2005-2015, at the MTV Africa Music Award 2015.
Chocolate City is a Nigerian record label founded in 2005 by lawyer Audu Maikori, Paul Okeugo and Yahaya Maikori. Generally regarded as one of the most successful indigenous urban record labels in Africa, Chocolate City operates as a subsidiary of Chocolate City Group. Other arms of the group include Chocolate City Distribution, Chocolate City Events, CCX, and Chocolate City Media. On 28 March 2019, Warner Music Group announced a partnership with the label. Under the partnership, Chocolate City artists will join WMG's repertoire and receive the support of the company's distribution and artist services via its independent label services division, ADA.
Cobhams Asuquo is a Nigerian musician, producer, and songwriter. In 2005, Asuquo was signed on with Sony ATV London as a songwriter. It was produced primarily by Majeeed, along with production from Dalor Beats, Hulla, Shugavybz, Blaise Beatz, and Mr Kleb. The EP received favorable reviews from critics.

Edison Ogums, known professionally as Ecko Miles, is a Nigerian musician and entrepreneur from Port Harcourt. He gained recognition after collaborating with Odumodublvck and Zlatan on the single "Picanto", which was released on 23 November 2022. The song debuted at number 79 on the TurnTable Top 100 chart, earning him his first chart entry. On 23 January 2023, "Picanto" peaked at number 65 on the chart, and Miles was ranked 6th on TurnTable's NXT Emerging Top Artistes list. He is the CEO and co-founder of Daed Empire Records.
