Pooja Bhatt is an Indian film director, actress, voice-over artist and filmmaker. Born into the Bhatt family, she is the daughter of Indian filmmaker, Mahesh Bhatt. Bhatt played her first leading role in Mahesh Bhatt's television film Daddy in 1989. For the film, she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. Armaan (transl. Desire) is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language medical drama film that was co-written and directed by Honey Irani. Starring the ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Gracy Singh, and Randhir Kapoor, the film is set in a hospital and follows the travails of its principal, Dr. Akash, to sustain the institution financially. Tere Mere Phere is a 2011 Hindi romantic comedy, Road film directed by well known and respected actress Deepa Sahi, and produced by the internationally acclaimed producer director Ketan Mehta and renowned singer Anup Jalota. Presented by Sitara Productions, it is a Maya Movies production. It stars Vinay Pathak and Riya Sen in the lead roles and introduces newcomers Jagrat Desai and Sasha Goradia. The story of the film has been written by Deepa Sahi and Jagrat Desai. The music is by Shivi R. Kashyap and the lyrics are penned by Manoj "Muntashir" and Ketan Mehta. Most of the songs are choreographed by Bollywood choreographer Jeet Singh. It was released on 30 September 2011 to a mixed but mostly positive reception from critics.
Not A Love Story is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language crime thriller film inspired by the murder of Neeraj Grover in 2008 that led to the arrest of Emile Jerome Mathew and Maria Susairaj. Starring Mahie Gill, Deepak Dobriyal and Ajay Gehi and directed by Ram Gopal Varma, the film was released on 19 August 2011. Ram Gopal Varma has announced that the film is not a biopic but is inspired by the case.
Pyaar Ka Punchnama is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy buddy film written and directed by newbie Luv Ranjan. The film stars Kartik Aaryan, Divyendu Sharma, Raayo S. Bakhirta, Nushrat Bharucha, Sonnalli Seygall and Ishita Raj Sharma and follows the story of three working bachelors who find girls whom they fall in love with and the twists and turns of the newly developing love stories. It was a sleeper hit at the box office, grossing ₹175 million (US$2.2 million) worldwide. A standalone sequel Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 was released on 16 October 2015. It was remade in Telugu as Green Signal.
Sumit Nijhawan is an Indian actor residing in Mumbai, India. Nijhawan has appeared in films such as Contract, Sarkar Raj and Phas Gaye Re Obama. He also played Sarfaraz, a prominent character in the movie Jannat 2, where he made his presence felt. His first role as a main lead came with Maazii, which received the IBN Live Best Independent Film 2013 award. Rangrezz (transl. Dyer) is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed by Priyadarshan starring Jackky Bhagnani, Priya Anand, Raaghav Chanana, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Varma and Amitosh Nagpal. The film is an official remake of the 2009 Tamil film Naadodigal. The film was titled by Shah Rukh Khan, who had registered it through his production company Red Chillies Entertainment. The film was produced by Vashu Bhagnani under his production banner Pooja Entertainment India Ltd. Priyadarshan and Santosh Sivan teamed up for this film, after Kaalapani (1996). The film was released on 21 March 2013.

Produced by Amitabha Singh through the production house Think 16. The film stars Mammootty and Vikram Gokhale. Gokhale plays an industrialist. The film was screened at the 7th Mumbai International Film Festival. The film was a failure at the box office.
