Drew Allemang is the senior director of player personnel and co-manager of football operations of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). [1]

Administrative career

Allemang was first hired by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats as the team's Assistant Equipment Manager in 2008 and would also volunteer with the personnel department. [1] [2] He was named the team's Coordinator of Football Operations in 2009 and served in that role for two years. [3] He was then named the team's coordinator of Canadian player development and head Canadian scout in 2011. [3] On March 8, 2013, he was named the director of Canadian scouting. [4] Allemang was promoted to assistant general manager on March 11, 2016, while continuing to serve as the director of Canadian scouting. [5] After three years in the assistant GM role, he was named senior director of personnel and co-manager of football operations, along with Shawn Burke, on January 3, 2019, effectively making the pair the team's co-general managers. [6]

Personal life

Allemang's father, Marv, played in the CFL for 14 years, including seven years with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats where he won the 74th Grey Cup. [1] [7] Allemang's uncle, Kent Carter, played for the Tiger-Cats from 1976 to 1978. [1] He has one sister, Andrea, and one brother, Drew, who also works for the Tiger-Cats. [7]

Danny McManus is a former professional American football and Canadian football quarterback who passed for over 50,000 yards in seventeen seasons in the Canadian Football League and currently serves as the Assistant General Manager and Director for US Scouting for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He played every season in the league from 1990 to 2006, as a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, BC Lions, Edmonton Eskimos, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and finally with the Calgary Stampeders. As of 2007, his all-time CFL passing yardage is third most next to Damon Allen and Anthony Calvillo, and he works as a colour analyst for TSN's CFL broadcasts, having previously appeared as a guest analyst on the CFL on CBC late in his playing career. On December 2, 2013, McManus was named the Assistant General Manager and Director of U.S. Scouting for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Previous to that, he served as the director of scouting for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Eric Tillman is an American-born Canadian football executive who is the vice president of football operations for the Atlantic Schooners. He was previously the general manager of the BC Lions (1993–94), Toronto Argonauts, Ottawa Renegades (2002–04), Saskatchewan Roughriders (2006–2010), Edmonton Eskimos (2010–2012), and Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2016–2018). As a general manager, Tillman has won the Grey Cup three times. In addition to his career as an executive, Tillman has also worked as a CFL analyst for TSN, the CBC, and Rogers Sportsnet in 1998, 2000, and 2005.

Richard Wade was a member of the Canadian Football League, working for the British Columbia Lions, the Calgary Stampeders, the Ottawa Renegades and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Kyle Walters is a former professional Canadian football defensive back and is currently the general manager for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League. Walters built the Winnipeg team that won the 107th Grey Cup 33-12 over Hamilton. He played for seven seasons for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and won a Grey Cup championship as a player with the team in 1999. Following his retirement, he became the defensive coordinator for the University of Guelph Gryphons and served as their head coach from 2006 to 2009. He also played CIAU football for the Gyphons in the early 1990s.

The Tiger-Cats qualified for the playoffs for the third consecutive year following their week 14 win over the BC Lions on November 5, 2021. The team defeated the Montreal Alouettes and Toronto Argonauts in the playoffs to qualify for their 22nd Grey Cup game appearance. In a rematch of the previous season's game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, the Tiger-Cats lost to the Blue Bombers 33–25 in overtime in the 108th Grey Cup game.

Tommy Condell Professional Canadian football coach

Thomas Condell is a professional Canadian football coach who is currently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a Grey Cup champion having won as an assistant coach with the Toronto Argonauts in 2017. He played college football as a wide receiver for the Lock Haven Bald Eagles and Cortland Red Dragons.

Jean-Marc Edmé is the Director of Player Personnel for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a three-time Grey Cup champion, having won two as a coach and a scout with the Alouettes and then winning the 104th Grey Cup with the Redblacks as the team's Player Personnel Coordinator in 2016.

Shawn Burke is the general manager of the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He previously spent 15 years in administrative and personnel related positions with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Burke is a graduate of the Sports Administration program at Durham College.
