Dudu, a Human Destiny (German : Dudu, ein Menschenschicksal) is a 1924 German silent film directed by Rudolf Meinert and starring Alfred Abel, Robert Garrison, and Maly Delschaft. [1] It is part of the tradition of circus films.
The film's sets were designed by the art director Franz Seemann.
Alfred Peter Abel was a German film actor, director, and producer. He appeared in more than 140 silent and sound films between 1913 and 1938. His best-known performance was as Joh Fredersen in Fritz Lang's 1927 film Metropolis.
Destinies of Women is an East German film. It was released in 1952, and sold more than 5,100,000 tickets. The film is in the Weimar tradition of Enlightenment films. It examines the question of abortion of unborn children. Unlike several other German films of the era, it is generally anti-abortion. It was shot at the Halensee Studios in Berlin. The film's art direction is by Hans Jacoby.
