Dylan Barbour (born June 16, 1994) is an American television personality and entrepreneur. He received national recognition after appearing as a contestant on season 15 of The Bachelorette [1] before he was eliminated during week 6 by Hannah Brown. After being eliminated from The Bachelorette, he began appearing on season 6 of Bachelor in Paradise, [2] where he dated and ultimately got engaged to Hannah Godwin. [3]
Barbour is originally from San Diego, California. [4] He attended Chadwick School and then graduated from Williams College in 2016, [5] where he earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature with a concentration in leadership studies [6] . [7] [8] As an Eph, Barbour pursued his deep passion for exercise as part of the track and football team. [9] He was the linebacker on the football team and in his senior year, lived with his teammates on 66 Hoxsey Street. [10]
After spending two years at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco from 2016-2018 as an associate, [11] Barbour co-founded of the social impact fitness app, Vizer, with his cousin Samantha Pantazopoulos in 2017 [12] . [13] Vizer is a social wellness platform that aims at converting daily activity into charitable contributions and personal rewards [14] and has received a grant of $500,000 in June 2019. Since then, the app has a growing user base of 6% a day. [15] Barbour serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Vizer. [16]
Barbour met his now fiancé, Hannah Godwin, on Bachelor in Paradise Season 6. After getting engaged at the finale of the season, the pair went into a long-distance relationship between San Diego and Los Angeles. The couple has bought a house and moved in together in November 2020. [17]
