The East Third District Residential Historic District is located in Washburn, Wisconsin. It comprises 31 contributing homes built from 1885 through 1950 including Colonial Revival style, Queen Anne, Prairie School, and American Craftsman.
Several houses in the district were constructed by DuPont for employees of a nearby plant of theirs in Barksdale, Wisconsin. [1] Other structures in the district include a house originally built by the United States Forest Service to be used by the resident forest ranger for Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.
The district was added to the State Register of Historic Places in 2013 and to the National Register of Historic Places the following year. [2]
Chatham is one of the 77 community areas of the city of Chicago, Illinois. It is located on the city's South Side. It includes the neighborhoods of Chatham-Avalon, Chatham Club, Chesterfield, East Chatham, West Chatham and the northern portion of West Chesterfield. Its residents are predominantly African American, and it is home to former Senator Roland Burris. Housing many city employees and other officials, Chatham has been a central area for Chicago's middle-class African Americans since the late 1950s.
The Frank Lloyd Wright/Prairie School of Architecture Historic District is a residential neighborhood in the Cook County, Illinois village of Oak Park, United States. The Frank Lloyd Wright Historic District is both a federally designated historic district listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and a local historic district within the village of Oak Park. The districts have differing boundaries and contributing properties, over 80 of which were designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, widely regarded as the greatest American architect to have ever lived.
The Merchants Avenue Historic District in a residential neighborhood southeast of the downtown in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, composed of 33 mostly large homes on large lots within six city blocks around Merchants Avenue. It was placed on the United States National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
The East Ferry Avenue Historic District is a historic residential district in Midtown Detroit, Michigan. The nationally designated historic district stretches two blocks from Woodward Avenue east to Brush Street; the locally designated historic district includes a third block between Brush and Beaubien. The district includes the separately designated Col. Frank J. Hecker House and the Charles Lang Freer House. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1976 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Medbury's–Grove Lawn Subdivisions Historic District is a residential historic district located in Highland Park, Michigan. It runs along three east-west streets: Eason Street, Moss Street, and Putitan Street, from Hamilton Avenue on the west to Woodward Avenue on the east. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
The Yale Avenue Historic District is a residential historic district near the center of Wakefield, Massachusetts. It encompasses eight residential properties, all but one of which were developed in the 1860s and 1870s, after the arrival of the railroad in town. These properties were built primarily for Boston businessmen, and mark the start of Wakefield's transition to a suburb.

Ocean City Residential Historic District consists of 169 properties, dating back to the 1880s, located in Ocean City, New Jersey. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 20, 2003.
The Migeon Avenue Historic District encompasses a group of elegant residential properties on a one-block stretch of Migeon Avenue in Torrington, Connecticut. Consisting of five properties and four contributing primary buildings, this area was home to some of Torrington's leading businessmen at the turn of the 20th century. The houses are of high architectural quality, and original landscaping was done by the Olmsted Brothers landscape design firm. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
William Waters (1843–1917) was an American architect who designed numerous buildings in Wisconsin that eventually were listed on the National Register of Historic Places. He was responsible for designing much of historic Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He was also responsible for designing the Wisconsin building for the Columbian Exposition. After his death, Oshkosh honored him by naming the intersection of Washington Avenue and State Street as the "William Waters Plaza".
The Sixth and Forest Historic District is located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. It is a Victorian era suburban commercial district on the northeastern and northwestern corners of the junction of 6th and Forest Avenues, and originally contained six buildings. The buildings on the northeast corner have subsequently been torn down. The historic district has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1996. It is a part of the Towards a Greater Des Moines MPS.
The Ypsilanti Historic District is a historic district located along several blocks on each side of the Huron River in the center of Ypsilanti, Michigan. The original portion of the district was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1973 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978; additions to the district were nationally listed in 1989.
The Holland Historic District is a primarily residential historic district in Holland, Michigan. It includes buildings along 11th, 12th, and 13th Streets from roughly Washington Boulevard on the west to College Avenue on the east, along with buildings on 14th Street from Pine Avenue on the west to just past College Avenue on the east, and buildings on 15th Street from Pine Avenue to River Avenue. The original portion of the district, on 11th, 12th, and 13th Streets between Washington Boulevard and Pine Avenue, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The remainder of the district was listed on the Register in 1990.
The East Forest Avenue Historic District is located in Neenah, Wisconsin. It was added to the State and the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. The Charles R. Smith House and the Henry Spencer Smith House are located in the district.
The Third Avenue Historic Distrtic in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin is a historic district which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The Pleasant Hill Residential Historic District is a largely intact old neighborhood a few blocks east of Marshfield's downtown. Most of the contributing properties in the district were built between 1880 and 1949, including large, stylish homes built by businessmen and professionals, and smaller vernacular homes built by laborers. The district was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000 for its concentration of intact historical architecture.
