The Twinz are a hip hop duo from Long Beach, California, consisting of twin brothers Deon "Trip Locc" Williams and Dewayne "Wayniac" Williams. After working with Warren G on his debut album Regulate...G Funk Era, the Twinz released their own debut album Conversation in 1995. That same year, the Twinz performed their hit single, "Round & Round," on an episode of Nickelodeon's All That.
"Lean on Me" is a song written and recorded by American singer-songwriter Bill Withers. It was released in April 1972 as the first single from his second album, Still Bill. It was a number one single on both the soul singles and the Billboard Hot 100; the latter chart for three weeks in July 1972. Billboard ranked it as the No. 7 song of 1972. It is ranked number 208 on Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time". Numerous other versions have been recorded, and it is one of only nine songs to have reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with versions recorded by two different artists.
"Girlfriend/Boyfriend" is a song by American R&B group Blackstreet. It was released in May 1999 as the second and final single from their third album Finally. Janet Jackson is also featured in the song as well as rappers Ja Rule and Eve. The song is co-written by R&B singer and Ja Rule's former associate Cynthia "Lil' Mo" Loving. It was a minor hit in the United States and achieved moderate success in some other countries.
"A Song for Mama" is a number-one R&B single by the American R&B group Boyz II Men. The tune, which was written and produced by Babyface, served as the theme song to the 1997 motion picture Soul Food, and spent two weeks at number one on the US R&B chart. To date, it is their last top 10 pop hit, peaking at number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song also appears on the group's album Evolution.
"Jigga My Nigga" is a single by Jay-Z from the Ruff Ryders Entertainment compilation Ryde or Die Vol. 1. It was released on May 28, 1999. It also appeared as a hidden track on Jay-Z's fourth album, Vol. 3... Life and Times of S. Carter, contained within the final track "Hova Song (Outro)". Produced by Swizz Beatz, it reached number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song interpolates "Just You Just Me" by The Counts and "What's My Name?" by Snoop Dogg, using the line "what's my motherfuckin' name?". The beat was later remade for "Scenario 2000" by Eve featuring Ruff Ryders.
Conversation is the only studio album by Long Beach hip hop duo the Twinz. It was released on August 22, 1995 through Def Jam Recordings and was almost entirely produced by Warren G. Conversation found decent success on the Billboard charts, peaking at No. 36 on the Billboard 200 and No. 8 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Two singles were released from the album, "Round & Round" and "Eastside LB". "First Round Draft Pick" first appeared on the soundtrack to the 1994 film, Jason's Lyric.
"Loungin" is the third and final single by American rapper LL Cool J from his sixth studio album Mr. Smith. It was released as a single by Def Jam Recordings on June 25, 1996. The LP version was produced by Rashad "Ringo" Smith and featured backing vocals by R&B duo Terri & Monica. The Radio Remix Edit, titled "Loungin ", was remixed by Trackmasters and featured backing vocals by R&B group Total.

Kinkdom is the third US-only album by the English band the Kinks, released in 1965. As with the Kinks-Size album, it is made up mainly of songs not released on an equivalent UK LP. The album charted, peaking at number 47.
"Rain" is a 1997 single released by the group SWV. The musical backing track is based on Jaco Pastorius's "Portrait of Tracy." First heard on the group's third album Release Some Tension, the song was released as the fourth and final single from the album. It peaked at number 25 on the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart and number 7 on the US Hot R&B Singles chart. Singer Tyrese Gibson appeared in the song's 1998 music video. He would later sing the hook on rapper Chingy's hit song "Pullin' Me Back", which samples this song.

Produced by Warren G, "Round & Round" became the most successful single the Twinz would release during their brief existence, making to four different Billboard charts, including 84 on the Billboard Hot 100. R&B singer Nanci Fletcher is featured on the song.
"Steelo" is the debut single by American R&B group 702 recorded for the group's debut album No Doubt (1996). The song, which features hip hop artist Missy Elliott, was released as the first single for the album on August 27, 1996.

"Someone" is a song by American R&B group SWV, released as the second single from their third studio album Release Some Tension on July 3, 1997. It features a guest appearance from American rapper and producer Sean Combs. The song samples "Ten Crack Commandments" and "The World is Filled..." both by The Notorious B.I.G., from his album Life After Death, which had been released five months earlier. "Someone" peaked at number five on the US Billboard Hot R&B Singles chart and number 19 on the Billboard Hot 100, receiving a Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. In Canada and New Zealand, the single reached number 28, and in the United Kingdom, it debuted at number 34; it is to date SWV's last charting single in all three countries.
