The Special Goodness is an American alternative rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1996 by Weezer drummer Patrick Wilson. The band's line-up has included Atom Willard (drums), Weezer bassists Mikey Welsh and Scott Shriner, Pat Finn, Jeb Lewis, Lee Loretta, and Murphy Karges. The band's name comes from a description of how Wilson apparently feels when he creates music.

Static was notable for being a successful songwriter of hit singles and album tracks for artists such as Ginuwine, Aaliyah, Truth Hurts, Lil Wayne and Brandy.
Power of the Dollar is the debut EP and unreleased debut studio album by American rapper 50 Cent. The EP version was released September 12, 2000, by Columbia Records and Trackmasters Entertainment. The album version was originally set to be released as 50 Cent's major-label debut on July 4, 2000, but he was ultimately dropped by Columbia Records after being shot nine times and the album was shelved. Subsequently, the album was heavily bootlegged. As of 2024, Columbia has no plans to release the album.

Regarded as a leading figure of 2000s R&B music, he is the recipient of numerous accolades, including three Grammy Awards. He gained recognition for his songwriting abilities following the success of his first major credit, Mario's 2004 single "Let Me Love You". Its release prompted a meeting between Ne-Yo and Def Jam's then-president Jay-Z, resulting in a contract in which he released four successful studio albums and numerous hit songs for the label.

Zion & Lennox was a Puerto Rican music duo from Carolina, Puerto Rico. In 2004, Zion & Lennox released their first studio album titled Motivando a la Yal under White Lion Records. After their first album, Zion & Lennox decided to start their own label, Baby Records Inc. The duo is made up of Félix Ortiz (Zion) and Gabriel Pizarro (Lennox). Zion & Lennox are considered to be the pioneers of romantic reggaeton.

Thy Kingdom Come is the fifth studio album by West Coast hip hop artist King T. It was released on August 6, 2002 on Greedy Green Entertainment and Mo Beatz. The album was originally titled The Kingdom Come and was slated for a release on June 30, 1998, on Aftermath Entertainment. The 1998 version was to be King Tee's first release of new material in three years after allying with Dr. Dre and appearing on his compilation, Dr. Dre Presents: The Aftermath. King Tee's album was later put on hold. His shelved album had already been rated three and a half stars out of five by The Source, which was "not good enough" for Dr. Dre, but King Tee maintained a positive relationship with Dr. Dre. He even appeared on Dr. Dre's album, 2001, in 1999. By 2002, The Kingdom Come was released to mixed opinions and was a commercial failure. It had no charting singles, and it did not chart as an album. The album has been released in some places under the original name "Thy Kingdom Come" with an alternative album cover. The song "Speak On It" also appeared on San Andreas: The Original Mixtape, an album by King T's protégé Young Maylay.

"Angels Cry" is a song by American singer-songwriter Mariah Carey from her twelfth studio album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel (2009). It was written and produced by Carey, Tricky Stewart and James "Big Jim" Wright, with additional songwriting from Crystal Johnson. On the album's track listing, "Angels Cry" is preceded by a one-minute, four second prelude called "Angel ", which consists of Carey performing purely in her whistle register. The prelude then leads into "Angels Cry", a song about trying to fix a broken relationship because true love only happens once. Carey released "Angels Cry" as a remix single featuring Ne-Yo in January 2010 for a proposed Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel remix album called Angels Advocate, which was ultimately shelved.

She was initially signed to Ne-Yo's imprint Compound University which includes artists such as Adrienne Bailon. RaVaughn is the older sister of actress Rhyon Nicole Brown. Her music is primarily R&B but contains pop and rock elements. She has been influenced by artists such as Mary J. Blige, Aretha Franklin, Anita Baker, Beyoncé and Nas. RaVaughn has recorded demos and background vocals for multiple artists, including Celine Dion, Natasha Bedingfield, Jennifer Hudson and Brandy to name a few. RaVaughn released her debut EP, Love Always… The Introduction, in 2012. Her unreleased debut studio album, Love Always, was supposedly underpromoted by the singles "Better Be Good" and "Best Friend". RaVaughn is currently a Background Vocalist with Justin Timberlake on his 2024 The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which began April 29, 2024 in Vancouver, and is scheduled to conclude on December 20, 2024 in Kansas City.
