Eddie Jo Williams (born June 30, 1990) [1] is an Australian strongman and singer from Adelaide, South Australia. [2]
Williams was born in 1990 in Samoa. He moved to Australia to play rugby while concurrently working as a youth support worker. [3]
He is a two-time Australia's Strongest Man and has competed at the World's Strongest Man competition three times (2019, 2023, 2024, and 2025). He placed 10th in the finals of the World's Strongest Man for the first time in 2025 and set a world record for the Hercules Hold, [4] holding the two pillars of 350 lbs for 1 minute and 22 seconds. [3]
He is also well known for his appearances on Australia's Got Talent in October 2019, America's Got Talent: Champions 2, [5] as well as the South Korean reality show Physical: Asia. [6]
