Edmund Yong (born 3 July 1936) is a Malaysian sports shooter. He competed in the mixed skeet event at the 1976 Summer Olympics. [1] Other notable achievements include Secretary-General of the Asia Pacific Golf Federation from 1977 to 1996. [2] Yong was also involved in Vijay Singh's disqualification from the Asian Tour. [3]

Honorary Captain Vijay Kumar Sharma, AVSM, SM is an Indian sport shooter. He won the silver medal in the individual 25 metre rapid fire pistol event at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Kumar hails from Barsar village of Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh and is a retired Subedar Major in the Dogra Regiment Indian Army, who was later promoted to Honorary Captain Rank. Vijay Kumar is supported by the Olympic Gold Quest initiative. He is the only Indian to have won a medal at 25m rapid Fire Pistol. He has been posted at Indian Army Marksmanship Unit (AMU) Mhow since 2003 where he is being coached by the Russian Pavel Smirnov.

Kim Mi-Yong is a North Korean table tennis player. She won a gold medal, as a member of the North Korea table tennis team, at the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, South Korea, and silver at the 2001 World Table Tennis Championships in Osaka, Japan. At the 2004 Summer Olympics she competed also in the women's points race and got in 16th place She was the sole Koran Asian Games gold medalist in women's road cycling until Na Ah-reum repeated the feat in the 2018 Jakarta Asian Games. She is currently the coach of the South Korean Samyang Corp women's cycling team as well being the occasional South Korean national women's team coach.

Choe Yong-sim is a North Korean women's international footballer who plays as a defender.
