Edvin Vesterby (born 23 October 1927) is a retired Swedish bantamweight wrestler. He competed at the 1952, 1956 and 1960 in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling and won a Greco-Roman silver medal in 1956. He finished fourth in the freestyle in 1952 and in the Greco-Roman wrestling in 1960. [1] He was born in Riguldi Parish (now Noarootsi Parish), Lääne County, Estonia into a Swedish-speaking family. In 1943 he emigrated to Sweden and started wrestling in 1947 in Stockholm. [2]

Vesterby represented Djurgårdens IF. [3]

Rauno Leonard Mäkinen was a Finnish featherweight wrestler. He started as a freestyle wrestler, winning four consecutive national titles in 1952–55 and finishing sixth at the 1952 Summer Olympics. He then changed to Greco-Roman wrestling and won a national title and an Olympic gold medal in 1956. His further career was hampered by injuries. In 1960 he won one more national title, but withdrew from the 1960 Olympics after two bouts and retired from competitions.

Domestically he won 20 Italian titles in Greco-Roman and 11 in freestyle wrestling between 1931 and 1956. After retiring from competitions he became a wrestling coach and a member of the Faenza city council.

Per Gunnar Börje Berlin was a Swedish wrestler who competed in the 73 kg freestyle and Greco-Roman categories. He won a freestyle silver medal at the 1952 Summer Olympics and a Greco-Roman bronze in 1956. He received another bronze medal at the 1949 European Championships, and three times finished fourth in freestyle wrestling: at the 1951 and 1954 world championships and at the 1956 Olympics.
