The Electrician and IT Workers' Union (Norwegian : EL og IT Forbundet, EL og IT) is a trade union in Norway.

The union was formed by the 1999 merger of the Norwegian Union of Electricians and Power Station Workers, and the Norwegian Telecommunication and Data Workers' Union. [2]

EL og IT Forbundet has a membership of over 42,000 and is affiliated with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO). [3]

A referendum on joining the European Community was held in Norway on 25 September 1972. After a long period of heated debate, the "no" side won with 53.5% of the vote. Åsane is a former municipality in the old Hordaland county in Norway. The municipality existed from 1904 until 1972.
