Elena Juricich-Sandler (born 6 September 1979) is a Uruguayan former professional tennis player. [1]

Contents

Juricich represented the Uruguay Fed Cup team in a total of 14 ties, between 1994 and 1998. [2] Playing on the professional tour, she reached a best singles ranking of 429 in the world and won two ITF doubles titles.

Fiorella Bonicelli is a retired professional tennis player from Uruguay. She was born in Lima, Peru but grew up in Montevideo, Uruguay where she started playing tennis when at age 11. During her career, she won the 1975 French Open mixed doubles title with Thomaz Koch. She also won the 1976 French Open women's doubles title with Gail Lovera, defeating Kathleen Harter and Helga Niessen Masthoff 6–4, 1–6, 6–3. At the Fed Cup, her singles record is 11–4, and doubles record 6–8. During her career, she reached one Grand Slam singles quarterfinal, at the 1978 French Open, where she lost to Virginia Ruzici in three sets.

Diego Pérez is a retired professional tennis player from Uruguay. Pérez turned pro in 1981, and won one ATP Tour singles and three doubles titles in his career, which lasted until 1995. He has the most singles wins for the Uruguay Davis Cup team.

José Luis Damiani is a retired professional tennis player from Uruguay. He turned pro in 1977 and retired in 1983. Damiani won two ATP Tour doubles titles in his career, and reached career-high rankings of No. 32 in singles and No. 49 in doubles. He is the former captain of the Uruguay Davis Cup team. He is rumored to play in the next Davis Cup tie against Perú in March 2016.

Marcel Felder is a Uruguayan professional tennis player. His highest ranking in singles was No. 227 on 28 December 2009. His highest ranking in doubles was 82 on 11 June 2012. Felder won a gold medal in singles in men's tennis at the 2013 Maccabiah Games in Israel.
