Ellen Santana (born 13 May 1998) is a Brazilian judoka.
Santana won a medal at the 2019 World Judo Championships. [1]
Masahiko Kimura was a Japanese judoka and professional wrestler who is widely considered the greatest judoka of all time. He won the All-Japan Judo Championships three times in a row for the first time in history and had never lost a judo match from 1936 to 1950. In submission grappling, the reverse ude-garami arm lock is often called the "Kimura", due to his famous victory over Gracie jiu-jitsu co-founder Hélio Gracie. In the Japanese professional wrestling world, he is known for being one of Japan's earliest stars and the controversial match he had with Rikidōzan.

Primo will represent Israel at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris in judo in the women's 52 kg on 28 July 2024, and in the mixed team event.
Peter Paltchik is a Ukrainian-born Israeli former European champion and Olympic judoka, competing in the under 100 kg weight category, of which he is the current number 1 ranked Judoka in the world. Paltchik won the bronze medal at the 2018 European Judo Championships in Tel Aviv. In 2019 he won the Israeli championship in the 100+ Kg category. He then won the gold medal at the 2020 European Judo Championships in Prague. Paltchik also won a bronze medal in the mixed team judo competition in the 2021 Olympics. At the 2023 World Judo Championships he won a bronze medal. Paltchik will represent Israel at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris in judo in the men's 100 kg event on 1 August 2024, in the mixed team event and will be the flag bearer of his country with the female Olympic swimmer Andrea Murez.
Shady Elnahas is a Canadian judoka. He is the reigning Commonwealth Games and Pan American Games champion, winning gold in 2022 and 2023 in the 100 kg or less category.

The 2019 World Judo Juniors Championships was an edition of the World Judo Juniors Championships, organised by the International Judo Federation. It was held in Marrakesh, Morocco from 16 to 20 October 2019. The final day of competition featured a mixed team event, won by team Japan.
