Emirates City is a residential and commercial development that is under development. The project is located in the Ajman Emirate in the United Arab Emirates and is expected to cost $4.1 billion US. This development is situated along the Emirates Road and across from Humaid City. There are 92 mixed residential and commercial towers in this development ranging from 20 to 60 floors. [1] [2] [3]

Emirates City [4] is situated on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (SMBZ Road) which allows the project to link to the Emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah by a single stretch of a highway.

Falcon City of Wonders (FCW) is a Dubai-based real-estate project was founded in 2005. The project include international-themed villas, spacious apartments, shopping malls, hotels, business offices, fine-dining restaurants, health clubs, spas, nurseries, schools and parks. When viewed from above, the development resembles a falcon, the national bird of the UAE, with the Falcon Mall forming the head of the falcon. HHHR Tower, also known as the Blue Tower, is a supertall skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The construction of the 72-floor, 317-metre (1,040 ft) building started in 2006 and was completed in 2010. Designed by architect Al Hashemi, the building is primarily residential, with some commercial uses.

The government of Dubai took a decision to diversify from a trade-based, oil-reliant economy to one that is service and tourism-oriented. This has made real estate and other developments more valuable, thus resulting in a property boom from 2004 to 2006. Construction on a large scale has turned Dubai into one of the fastest-growing cities in the world. Ajman International Airport is an upcoming airport which is currently a construction project in Ajman, the smallest emirate of the United Arab Emirates. Ajman is surrounded on its landlocked north, south and eastern borders by Sharjah. The airport is being constructed in the eastern district of Ajman, in the Al Manama enclave. The project is worth $571 million and the airport is forecasted to accommodate for 1 million passengers and a minimum of 400,000 tonnes of cargo a year when completed. It has an expected completion date of late 2020. This is set to enable more accessible travel to Ajman and encourages development on the surrounding area with plans to expand and open hotels, restaurants, commercial offices, residential units, retail, educational centres and exhibition halls. According to a feasibility study by ICTS Europe and Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) new construction project is set to achieve more than 1 million passengers within the first three years of opening and operating.

Al Humaid City is a residential and commercial development being created in Ajman Emirate in the United Arab Emirates. This development is situated along the Emirates Road and across from Emirates City. There are 69 residential towers in this development; these towers range from 25 to 35 stories.

Dubai Pearl was a 73-storey, 300 m (984 ft), tall residential skyscraper project situated along Al Sufouh Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project was first announced in 2002. Construction was on hold from 2006 to 2022. As per reports, demolition work is ongoing at the site as of January 23rd, 2023. The building would have consisted of four mixed-use towers connected together at the base and by a sky bridge at the top. The structural design was carried out by the Dubai-based engineering firm e-Construct, and the project would have cost $4 billion. Had it been completed, Dubai Pearl would have accommodated 9,000 residents and its commercial sector would have employed 12,000 people.

City Centre Ajman is a shopping mall in the emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), which is owned and operated by Majid Al Futtaim. With 34,000 m2 (370,000 sq ft) of retail space and 10.5 million yearly visitors, it is the largest mall in the emirate. It is located on Al Ittihad Street (E11), in the district of Al Jurf, off Sheikh Khalifa Interchange and north of Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road. The mall has 79 international and local brands including Ajman's Carrefour hypermarket, VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet along with 18 dining outlets.

Al Zorah is a coastal suburb of Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), situated on the northern border of Ajman and Sharjah, between Ajman and Hamriyah. It is the location of the Al Zorah mixed use luxury development, which comprises housing and leisure developments, including the Al Zorah Golf Club, the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah, and the Lux Al Zorah. It is also the site of Al Zorah Nature reserve, which is home to some 60 species of bird including pink flamingo, egret and heron.
