Emma Okas Wike (born Emmanuel Okanwene Wike) is a real estate developer and urban planner from Rivers State, Nigeria. He is the founder and principal partner of the firm Emma Wike & Partners. [1]

Education

Wike is a graduate of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, from where he obtained his diploma in town planning, bachelor's degree in estate management and master's degree in environmental management. [1]

Career

He has over twenty years of experience in real estate management acquired from working for companies such as Sam Oduve & Partners, Knight Frank & Rutley and Alagbe & Partners. He is the founding member and managing partner at Emma Wike & Partners. [1] On 11 June 2015, he became a board member of the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority. [2] In April 2016, he rose from publicity secretary to 2nd vice-president of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. [3] [4]

Ipalibo Gogo Banigo is a Nigerian medical doctor, politician and the first female Deputy Governor of Rivers State. Osinakachukwu Thankgod Ideozu is a Nigerian businessman and politician. He was a member of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria were he represented the Rivers West Senatorial District. Emmanuel Chinwenwo Aguma was a Nigerian politician and lawyer from Rivers State, a long-term member People's Democratic Party. He was the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice in the state. Between 2000 and 2002 Aguma worked as Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Port Harcourt Branch, and also chaired the Bar from 2006 to 2008. Emmanuel Ihuoma Okah, commonly known as Emma Okah, is a lawyer and politician in Rivers State. A member of the People's Democratic Party, he served as Chief Press Secretary under Governor Odili, and was also Commissioner of Information under Omehia's government. He has chaired the Media and Publicity Committee of the Rivers State People's Democratic Party Campaign Organisation. After the PDP took over, Governor Ezenwo Wike appointed him to his cabinet. The following is a timeline of the governorship of Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, also known as the Wike administration, from his inauguration as Governor of Rivers State on 29 May 2015 to present.

The First Wike Executive Council was the Executive Council of Rivers State between 5 June 2015 and 24 June 2017. It was led by Governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike with Ipalibo Banigo as Vice-Chairman. The first set of appointments to the cabinet were made on 5 June 2015. The designees included Kenneth Kobani, Chukwuemeka Woke, Emmanuel C. Aguma, Fred Kpakol, Onimim Jacks, Emmanuel Okah and Opunabo Inko-Tariah. Governor Wike appointed Desmond Akawor, Ambassador to South Korea, to serve as Administrator of the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority.

Port Harcourt Local Government Area (PHALGA) is a local government area of Rivers State in southern Nigeria. It is one of the 23 local government areas created for the state. Its administrative seat is located in Port Harcourt. Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority

Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority (GPHCDA) is an agency of the Government of Rivers State, the second largest economy in Nigeria. It was formed under Law No. 2 of 2009 on Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority. It is entrusted with facilitating the execution of the master plan for Greater Port Harcourt. It also has the responsibility to develop the area by putting into practical effect policy measures aimed at promoting and providing effective infrastructures and social services.

Austin Adiele Opara, is a Nigerian politician of the People's Democratic Party. He was raised in Diobu, Port Harcourt and is of the Ikwerre tribe.

Theophilus M-Iyenebari Odagme is a medical doctor from Rivers State, Nigeria who was the commissioner of the Rivers State Ministry of Health from 2015 to 2017.

Desmond Akawor is a diplomat and politician who was Ambassador of Nigeria to South Korea from 24 April 2008 to 6 August 2015. He was appointed Administrator of the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority, a position he has held since 12 June 2015. He was the Director-General of the Wike Gubernatorial Campaign Organization.
