TV5 is a Philippine free-to-air television and radio network based in Mandaluyong, with alternate studios located in Novaliches, Quezon City. It is the flagship property of TV5 Network, Inc., which is owned by MediaQuest Holdings, the multimedia arm of telecommunications conglomerate PLDT. TV5 is commonly referred to as "The 'Kapatid' Network", using the Filipino term for "sibling", a branding introduced in 2010.
Eat Bulaga! is a Philippine television noontime variety show currently broadcast by TV5 and RPTV. Originally premiered on July 30, 1979, on the Radio Philippines Network, it is the longest-running noontime variety program in the Philippines with over 13,000 episodes. Produced by TVJ Productions, Inc. and led by the original hosts Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon alongside Allan K., Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Paolo Ballesteros, Ryan Agoncillo, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Maine Mendoza, Miles Ocampo, Carren Eistrup, Atasha Muhlach and TVJ Singing Queens, collectively known as "Legit Dabarkads".

Originally starred by Martin Nievera, Pops Fernandez, Ariel Rivera and Dayanara Torres, it premiered on February 5, 1995 on the network's Sunday noontime line-up replacing Sa Linggo nAPO Sila. The PBA on One Sports is the branding for presentation of the Philippine Basketball Association basketball games which started since the 2011-12 season. Telecasts are produced by One Sports, the sports division of TV5 Network Inc., and aired through One Sports and PBA Rush, with simulcast and livestreaming on Cignal Play, Pilipinas Live and Smart LiveStream. Awra Briguela, is a Filipino comedian and actor who gained recognition after starring in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano (2016–2019), personally chosen for the role by the show's lead actor Coco Martin. One News is the first MediaQuest channel launched under the One branding, along with the free TV sports channel One Sports, cable sports channel One Sports+, Filipino-language news channel One PH, lifestyle portal One Life, and now-defunct premium entertainment channel One Screen.
One Sports is a Philippine free-to-air television network owned by Nation Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) and jointly operated by TV5 Network, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. media arm of PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund. One Sports is currently carried through analog via DWNB UHF TV Channel 41 in Metro Manila and other relay and affiliate stations nationwide, and as a digital television subchannel in select areas of the country. It operates Mondays to Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 12:00 MN and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. as well as on truncated hours during the Paschal Triduum. However, starting Holy Week 2024, it continues to sign off from Maundy Thursday from 12:00 mn to Easter Sunday at 6:00 am.

Usapang Real Life is a Philippine talk show and news magazine broadcast by TV5, presented by veteran journalist Luchi Cruz-Valdes. The show premiered on August 15, 2020 on the network's Saturday primetime block at 9:00 pm, following Bangon Talentadong Pinoy and its international debut on Kapatid TV5 on November 7, 2020, albeit on a delayed basis. The talk-oriented program is a blocktime production of ContentCows Company, Inc. for TV5 and Cignal cable channel Colours, on which it airs the following evening as part of its weekend lineup.
