She made her debut in the film with the comedy Jawani Phir Nahi Ani (2015) and later went on to become an Actor in Law (2016). It is a spin-off of the 2017 film Punjab Nahi Jaungi. It stars Huamayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat alongside Sohail Ahmed, Kubra Khan, Asif Raza Mir and Saba Faisal in supporting roles.
Teri Meri Kahaniyaan is a 2023 Pakistani anthology film comprising three short films, directed by Nabeel Qureshi, Marina Khan, and Nadeem Baig based on scripts by Ali Abbas Naqvi and Basit Naqvi, Vasay Chaudhary and Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar respectively. The film stars an ensemble cast of Hira Mani, Mani, Falak Shahzad Khan Ramsha Khan, Sheheryar Munawar, Wahaj Ali, Mehwish Hayat, Zahid Ahmed Khushi Maheen and Amna Ilyas. The film released on 29 June 2023, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.
Wakhri is a Pakistani film directed by Iram Parveen Bilal who co-produced it as well, and starring Faryal Mehmood in her debut film lead as a widowed school teacher who gets viral on social media. The film is inspired by the late social media celebrity Qandeel Baloch, who was murdered in 2016. The film had its world premiere in Red Sea International Film Festival in December 2023. It was later theatrically released on 5 January 2024 nationwide.
