Enchanted Parks Holdings, LLC is an American amusement park company headquartered in Windermere, Florida. Formed on December 18, 2025, it is a spin-off of Innovative Attractions Management. [1] Marketed as the "third-largest privately held regional amusement park operator in the United States," [2] the company operates two properties. It will also operate six properties currently owned by Six Flags upon the completion of the properties' sale to EPR Properties in 2026.
Innovative Attractions Management (IAM) was a hospitality company formed in 2003 in Windermere, Florida. The company primarily focused on development, operating, and marketing tourist attractions. [3] [4] IAM began acquiring attraction properties in the years leading up to its rebranding to Enchanted Parks. On March 1, 2024, IAM acquired the Enchanted Forest Water Safari from the Noonan family. [5] In January 2025, IAM acquired the United States location of Diggerland in West Berlin, New Jersey. [6] [7]
On December 18, 2025, the Delaware Division of Corporations reported that a company named Enchanted Parks Holdings, LLC, was formed. [8]
Between January 8 and 9, 2026, Enchanted Parks filed multiple trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. [9] These trademarks included the names of theme parks owned by American amusement park operator Six Flags, leading to speculation that the theme parks would be sold. [10] During a February 2026 earnings call, Six Flags CEO John Reilly commented: "We don't have anything to share today on that front" when asked about the trademarks. [11]
On March 5, 2026, Six Flags announced that it would divest seven of its park properties to EPR Properties. Upon the sale's completion by the end of March 2026, [2] all of the United States-based parks would be operated by Enchanted Parks, the theme park operator spin-off of Innovation Attractions Management. [1] [12] The parks that would be operated by Enchanted Parks are Michigan's Adventure, Schlitterbahn Galveston, Six Flags Great Escape, Six Flags St. Louis, Valleyfair, and Worlds of Fun. [13] Enchanted Parks would operate these parks on a 40-year lease. [1]
