Epidemie (Epidemics) is the fifth studio album by the Polish heavy metal band Turbo. It was released in 1989 in Poland through Polskie Nagrania Muza. In 1990 an English version of the album entitled Epidemic was released through Metalmaster Records.
The album was recorded in March–May 1989 at Giełda studio in Poznań. The cover art was created by Jerzy Kurczak. [1]

The TurboGrafx-16, known as the PC Engine outside North America, is a fourth-generation home video game console designed by Hudson Soft and sold by NEC Home Electronics. It was the first console marketed in the 16-bit era, although it used a modified 8-bit CPU. It was released in Japan in 1987 and in North America in 1989. In Europe, the console is known as the PC Engine; the Japanese model was officially imported and distributed in France in 1989, with unofficial PC Engine models making their way to the UK. In Japan, the system was launched as a competitor to the Famicom, but the delayed United States release meant that it ended up competing with the Sega Genesis and later the Super NES.

Beherit is a black metal band from Finland. The band was formed in 1989 by Nuclear Holocausto, Black Jesus and Sodomatic Slaughter, with the purpose of performing "the most primitive, savage, hell-obsessed black metal imaginable". "Beherit" is the Syriac word for Satan. Through the uncommercial nature of their music, visuals, and live performances, the band quickly attracted a cult following. Besides the "raw" sound, the band's music is noted for its avant-garde side and emphasis on atmosphere. Beherit are now regarded as a pioneer in their genre.
