Ettienne de Bruyn (born 31 March 1977) was a South African cricketer. [1] He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played for Northerns. [2]
De Bruyn made a single first-class appearance for the team,during the 1997–98 UCB Bowl competition. [3] Batting alongside twin brother,Pierre,Ettiene scored 41 runs in the first innings in which he batted,while his brother picked up his debut first-class century.
In the second innings of the match,as his brother scored just a single run,Ettiene did the same.
Michael Gwyl Bevan is an Australian former international cricketer. He played as a left-handed batsman and a slow left-arm wrist spin bowler. For several years,he was considered the world's finest One Day International batsman,and topped the International Cricket Council's batting rankings in the format on numerous occasions. He was the first Canberra-born player to represent Australia at international level. He played 232 ODIs for Australia,and was a part of the Australian squads which won the 1999 and 2003 Cricket World Cups. Kumar Chokshanada Sangakkara is a Sri Lankan former professional cricketer who represented Sri Lanka from 2000 to 2015. A former captain in all formats. He was born in Matale,Central Province. In first-class cricket,he played for Nondescripts Cricket Club from 1997–98 to 2013–14 and for Surrey County Cricket Club from 2015 to 2017. Sangakkara is widely regarded as one of the greatest cricketers of all time. He was a key part of the Sri Lankan squads which won the 2001-02 Asian Test Championship,2002 ICC Champions Trophy and 2014 T20 World Cup.
Adam Craig Gilchrist is an Australian cricket commentator and former international cricketer and captain of the Australia national cricket team. He was an attacking left-handed batsman and record-breaking wicket-keeper,who redefined the role for the Australia national team through his aggressive batting. Pierre de Bruyn is a South African former cricketer. Having made his debut in first-class cricket in the 1995–96 South African cricket season,de Bruyn proceeded to play first-class,List A and Twenty20 cricket for several teams as an all-rounder and occasional wicket-keeper until his retirement during the 2009–10 South African cricket season. Following his retirement,he moved into coaching. He was appointed the head coach of English county side Leicestershire in 2016,before resigning the following year. In December 2018,he was appointed as the head coach of the Namibia national cricket team.

The 2013–14 Victory Day T20 Cup was a Twenty20 cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. It was played by four teams,during December 2013. Four Dhaka Premier League teams took part in a lottery to determine who picked one each of the Yellow,Blue,Green and Red teams. Announcing the schedule of the tournament at a press conference on 21 December,the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed that four teams would participate in the T20 series and AMBER Group would be the title sponsors of the event.
