Euan Mackintosh is a rugby sevens coach. He is the skills coach and assistant coach for the New Zealand All Blacks Sevens. He was the head coach of the Chinese women's national sevens team.
Mackintosh first played rugby at Highland Rugby Club and was on the team at university in Edinburgh where he was studying physical education. [1] He played rugby in New Zealand before going to Australia in 2008. [2] He then played for a semi professional rugby club in France. He began his coaching career at Saint-Étienne. [2]
Mackintosh moved to New Zealand, where he coached at Tauranga Sports Rugby Club in Bay of Plenty. [2] He coached in their Sevens Programme and helped the Under-19s to a national championship. [2]
Mackintosh was appointed as head coach of China's women's national rugby sevens team in 2020 [3] [1] and helped them qualify for their first Olympics. They finished in seventh place. [2] [4] [5]

Henry Rangi Paul is a rugby union coach and former rugby league and rugby union player. A dual-code international, Paul won 24 caps for New Zealand in rugby league and 6 for England in rugby union, as well as rugby sevens. Paul played as a loose forward, stand-off, fullback, and occasionally as a hooker, and as a centre and fly-half in rugby union.

Amor played in the scrum-half and fly-half positions for London Scottish and captained the England national rugby sevens team. He has been the head coach of London Scottish, England sevens, Hong Kong, and, as recently as 2020, was appointed defence-coach for the England rugby union team.

Rugby union in China is a growing sport; however, it is still not overly popular. China became affiliated to the International Rugby Board in 1997 and as of 1 July 2019, its women's XV side was ranked 24th and its men's XV side 80th in the world. Kelly Brazier is a New Zealand rugby union and sevens player. She has played flyhalf, centre and fullback for the Black Ferns, New Zealand's women's national rugby team, and has competed at three Rugby World Cups in 2010, 2014, and 2017. She has represented Otago, Canterbury and the Bay of Plenty in the Farah Palmer Cup.
The Australia women's national rugby sevens team, are the Australia national rugby sevens team of women. They were champions of the inaugural Women's Sevens World Cup in 2009. The team plays in the World Rugby Women's Sevens Series as one of the "core teams" on the world tour, of which they have been crowned Champions three times. The team also played in the preceding competition to the current world series, the IRB Women's Sevens Challenge Cup. In 2016, they won the inaugural gold medal at the Rio Summer Olympics.

They qualified for the 2018 Rugby World Cup Sevens after finishing the 2017 Asia Rugby Women's Sevens Series in second place, they placed 12th overall at the World Cup. China qualified for the 2020 Olympics at the 2019 Asia Rugby Women's Sevens Olympic Qualifying Tournament.

Anna Mary Richards is a former New Zealand rugby union player. She represented New Zealand at four World Cups — 1998, 2002, 2006, and 2010.
Portia Woodman-Wickliffe is a New Zealand rugby union player. Gayle Broughton is a former New Zealand rugby union sevens player who played for the New Zealand women's national rugby sevens team. She made her international debut for New Zealand in 2014 and called time on her rugby career in March 2022. She had scored 315 points in 112 World Series matches. and has won every trophy on offer in the sevens game. Her accomplishments include six World Rugby Sevens series titles, Olympic Games gold and silver medals, Commonwealth Games gold and winning the Rugby World Cup Sevens.
Ruby Malae Tui is a New Zealand rugby union player. She competed internationally when the national rugby sevens team won the silver medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics tournament. She won a gold medal in rugby sevens at the 2020 Summer Olympics. She was a member of the Black Ferns team that won the 2021 Rugby World Cup.
San Diego State Aztecs Rugby Club is the rugby union club of San Diego State University in San Diego, California. It fields both men's and women's teams, the men compete in Division 1-A in the California conference and the women play in the Pacific Desert conference of Division II. The Aztec men's team won the US National Collegiate Rugby Championship in 1987.
This article shows the roster of all participating teams for the women's rugby sevens competition at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Each roster could have up to 12 athletes, however in July 2021, the International Olympic Committee allowed alternates to also compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This meant each team could have up to 13 athletes.
Clark Laidlaw is currently the head coach of the New Zealand national rugby sevens team. Laidlaw was appointed as All Blacks Sevens Head Coach in 2017.
Allan Bunting is a New Zealand rugby union and sevens coach. He previously coached the Black Ferns sevens and was the inaugural head coach of the Chiefs Manawa in the Super Rugby Aupiki competition. He was appointed as the Black Ferns fifteens coach in February 2023.
