Uganda Management Institute (UMI) is a government-owned national center for training, research, and consultancy in the field of management and administration in Uganda. It is one of the nine public universities and degree-awarding institutions in the country outside the military.

She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, replacing Frank Tumwebaze, who was appointed Ministry of Information Information Technology and Communication. She also serves in the Parliament of Uganda, as the Luuka District Women's Representative.
Rosemary Bikaako Tumusiime is a Ugandan marketing professional, public administrator, feminist and politician. She is the elected Member of Parliament for Entebbe Municipality and is a representative for NRM, the ruling political party in Uganda. She is the first female representative for the constituency in over three decades and succeeded Muhammad Kawuma who served for two consecutive terms from 2006 to 2016. In the 10th Parliament, she serves as a member of the Committee on Equal Opportunities and the Committee on Presidential Affairs. She is also a member of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus, the Buganda Parliamentary Caucusand the treasurer of the Network for African Women Ministers and Parliamentarians (NAWMP).
Isaac Mulindwa Ssozi is a Ugandan procurement specialist, logistician and politician. He is the elected member of parliament for Lugazi Municipality, Buikwe District, and a representative for NRM, the ruling political party in Uganda. He is a member of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus and serves on the Committee on Equal Opportunities and the Committee on Finance, Planning and Economic Development in the 10th Parliament of Uganda.
Judith Nalule Nabakooba is a Ugandan politician and former policewoman. She is currently the Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, in the Cabinet of Uganda. She was appointed to that position on 8 June 2021.

Politically, she is affiliated to the National Resistance Movement under whose ticket she contested in the 2016 general election. in the 2021 Uganda general elections, She retained her seat as woman mp for Abim district.

Bwowe Ivan, is a Ugandan politician, lawyer who served as the 80th Makerere University Guild President 2014 to 2015. He is known for his negotiations with President Museveni that resulted into increase in the lecturers pay, challenging tuition increments and unfair policies which negatively impacted students welfare.

She is a member of the National Resistance Movement political party. She was the aspiring Woman Member of Parliament 2021–2026, of Katakwi under NRM political party.
