Ewa Mizdal (born 18 July 1987 in Lublin) is a Polish weightlifter. [1]

She represented Poland at the 2012 Summer Olympics, in the event Weightlifting Women's 75 kg. [2] She was ranked 7th with a total of 231 kg. She advanced to 4th place after disqualification of some other competitors due to doping violations.

She was a four-time gold medalist at the Southeast Asian Games as well was a one-time silver medalist between 2005 and 2013. She also won a bronze medal at the 2011 Asian Judo Championships. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she was defeated in the first round by future gold medalist of the event, Sarah Menezes. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she was eliminated in the second round by Jeong Bo-kyeong. After this, she announced her retirement from competition.

She set personal bests in both the clean and jerk and the snatch, achieving 100 kg and 134 kg respectively. She originally finished fourth, but was promoted to third and won the bronze medal after Yuliya Kalina was disqualified.
