"Eyes Shut" is a 2015 single by Years & Years. It was produced by Mike Spencer. Two remixes were released on 10 October 2015.
Describing the writing process, Alexander explained that "The song is about self preservation and wanting to hide from disaster. At the time I wrote it I was feeling very depressed so it was a bit more introspective than the other songs. I wrote it to be kind of a personal torch song". [1]
A music video was produced for the song. It shows frontman Olly Alexander musing the remains of a post-apocalyptic society. [2] It was shot on the outskirts of Bulgaria's capital, Sofia. [3] it was released on 28 September 2015. The director is Chino Moya. [4]

"The Nights" is a song by Swedish DJ and record producer Avicii, featuring vocals from singer/songwriter Nicholas Furlong. "Geronimo" is the second single released, in February 2014, by Australian indie pop band Sheppard. It was written by three of its members, Jason Bovino with the siblings, George and Amy Sheppard, and was produced by Stuart Stuart at Analog Heart Studios, Brisbane. It is the first number-one single ever recorded in Brisbane and reached number one on the Australian Singles Chart in April 2014. Having held the position for three weeks, the song became the longest stay at the top of the charts for an Australian artist or band since "Battle Scars" by Guy Sebastian in August 2012. "Geronimo" also held the longest stay at number one on the Australian Singles Chart for any independent release. Furthermore, the track reached the top ten in eleven additional countries.

It samples the amen break, most prominently at 1:44.
