FASH-ionably Late is a collaboration EP by American hip hop recording artists Fashawn and The Alchemist, released on December 18, 2014. The project contains seven original tracks, with Fashawn rapping over The Alchemist's production. The EP serves as a prelude to Fashawn's long-anticipated second solo album The Ecology , which was released on February 24, 2015 under Nas' Mass Appeal Records. [2]

To celebrate the release of FASH-ionably Late, Grizzly Griptape (a division of streetwear brand Diamond Supply Co.) teamed up with Fashawn and The Alchemist to create a limited edition collaboration T-shirt; [3] Grizzly's logo is featured in the artwork of the EP, as well as Fashawn wearing a Grizzly hoodie in the video for the track "Dreams."

Daniel Alan Maman, professionally known as The Alchemist, is an American musician, record producer, DJ, rapper and songwriter. He began his music career in 1991 in the hip hop duo The Whooliganz under the moniker Mudfoot, along with now-actor Scott Caan. Johnson Barnes III, better known by his stage name Blu, is an American West Coast rapper from Los Angeles, California. He is best known for his group Blu & Exile and their debut album Below the Heavens. He is a forefront member of the California-based collective, Dirty Science. Blu is also co-CEO of New World Color, a label through which he has released many of his projects. He is recognized for his collaboration albums between him and various producers like Exile, Mainframe, Ta'Raach, Bombay, Madlib, Nottz, and Union Analogtronics. Freddie Gibbs American rapper from Indiana

Fredrick Jamel Tipton, better known by his stage name Freddie Gibbs, is an American rapper and songwriter. After initially being signed to Interscope Records in 2006, Gibbs recorded his debut studio album under the label. However, he was eventually dropped and the album was cancelled.
