The FIP World Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship owned by the independent professional wrestling promotion Full Impact Pro (FIP). It was created and debuted on April 22, 2005, at FIP's The Usual Suspects event. [2] [1] [3]

Title history

As of June9, 2024, there have been 21 reigns between 20 teams composed of 39 individual champions. The inaugural champions were DP Associates (Eddie Vegas and Jimmy Rave). At 910 days, The Hooligans (Devin Cutter and Mason Cutter) hold the record for the longest reign in the title's history. Sal Rinauro's and Spanky's reign holds the record for the shortest reign in the title's history at 27 days.

The Island Kings (Jaka and Sean Maluta) are the current champions in their first reign as a team and individual. They won the titles by defeating The Skulk (Adrian Alanis and Liam Gray) on November 14, 2021 at WWN Supershow: Battle Of The Belts in Clearwater, FL.

The Jeff Peterson Memorial Cup was an annual professional wrestling memorial show produced by Full Impact Pro (FIP) promotion, typically between October and December. The event was established to honor the memory of independent wrestler "All American" Jeff Peterson who died at age 21 after a two-year battle with leukemia. The Eddie Graham Memorial Battle of the Belts was an annual professional wrestling memorial show produced by the Full Impact Pro (FIP) promotion, typically held between February or March. The event was held in memory of Eddie Graham, longtime promoter of the Florida wrestling territory, the first held for Graham since the original Eddie Graham Memorial Shows in 1987-88. The event's title, in particular, was used as a homage to the popular "Battle of the Belts" supercards promoted by Graham during the 1980s. Mike Graham, Eddie's son and organizer of the original "Eddie Graham Memorial Show", opened for the show to speak about his father's legacy and introduced the FIP Florida Heritage Championship.
