The 2027 FIS Freestyle Ski and Snowboarding World Championships are set to be held in the Montafon region of Austria in 2027.
Montafon was awarded host of the 2027 Freestyle Ski and Snowboarding World Championships by being the lone applicant at the end of the application period. [1]
A total of 30 medal events were on the program, with 16 being contested in the freestyle and freeski disciplines and 14 in snowboarding.
The events will be hosted at six venues. Alpine snowboarding will take place on the Schafberg, whereas Ski cross and Snowboard cross will be contested at the Grasjoch. The Moguls events will be hosted at the Golm. Aerial skiing is set to take place in the village of Tschagguns, and so will be both Big air Snowboard and Big Air Ski. Slopestyle will be contested at the Nova Ski aera. The only event hosted outside the region will be the Half-pipe events, located in Kühtai, Tyrol.
