University of Madeira

The University of Madeira is a Portuguese public university, created in 1988 in Funchal, Madeira. The university offers first, second cycle and Doctorate academic degrees in a wide range of fields, in accordance with the Bologna process. It is now under the CMU/Portugal agreement with Carnegie Mellon University, having master programme in Computer Engineering, Human Computer Interaction and Entertainment Technology. Students admitted will be eligible for scholarships and have internship opportunity during the summer break. In addition, Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute, founded in January 2010, is devoted to building international partnership with other educational institutes and industry.

The Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu is a public university in Sibiu, Romania. Named after the philosopher, poet, and playwright, Lucian Blaga, it was founded in 1990 with five schools: Letters, History and Law, Medicine, Food and Textile Processing Technology, Engineering and Sciences.

İzmir University of Economics (IUE), which is the first foundation university in İzmir and in Aegean region, was established in 2001 by the İzmir Chamber of Commerce Education and Health Foundation. IUE is a non-profit university recognized by Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK).

The College of Letters and Science (L&S) is the largest of the 14 colleges at the University of California, Berkeley and encompasses the liberal arts. The college was established in its present state in 1915 with the merger of the College of Letters, the College of Social Science, and the College of Natural Science. As of the 2013–14 academic year, there were about 19,000 undergraduates and 2,763 graduate students enrolled in the college. The College of Letters and Science awards only Bachelor of Arts degrees at the undergraduate level, in contrast to the other schools and colleges of UC Berkeley which award only Bachelor of Science degrees at the undergraduate level.

Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University is a Turkish public research university located in Çanakkale (Dardannelles) province and its surrounding towns. It is a member of the Balkan Universities Network, the European University Association (EUA), International Association of Universities (IAU), and the Thrace Universities Union. It hosted the World Universities Congress in 2010.

University of Tripoli

The University of Tripoli (UOT), is the largest university in Libya and is located in the capital Tripoli. It was founded in 1957 as a branch of University of Libya before it was divided in 1973 to become what is now known as the University of Tripoli.

The University of British Columbia's Okanagan Campus is a campus of the University of British Columbia, located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. It is home to over 10,755 undergraduate and graduate students. The 209-hectare (516-acre) campus is the research and innovation hub in the southern interior of the province, in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. UBCO has 62 undergraduate programs and 19 graduate programs. The University of British Columbia's Okanagan Campus also resides on the traditional unceded Syilx territory.

University of Central Florida College of Graduate Studies

The University of Central Florida College of Graduate Studies is an academic college of the University of Central Florida located in Orlando, Florida, United States. The college confers most professional and research master's degrees and doctoral degrees in various fields of study for the university. The departments under which instruction and research take place are housed in UCF's other schools and colleges. The administrative offices for the College of Graduate Studies are located in Millican Hall, on UCF's main campus. The interim dean of the college is Ross Hinkle, Ph.D.

The University of Peradeniya, in Sri Lanka, is composed of nine undergraduate faculties of study. These faculties contain 79 departments in total. In addition, the university has two postgraduate institutions and six affiliated centres.

Niger Delta University (NDU) is in Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State in Nigeria. It is a Bayelsa state government funded university. It was established in 2000 by Chief DSP Alamieyeseigha, then governor of Bayelsa state. It has two main campuses, one in the state capital, Yenagoa, which contains the law faculty, and the other in Amassoma. It also has its teaching hospital known as Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital (NDUTH) in Okolobiri.

The College of Science at Virginia Tech contains academic programs in eight departments: biology, chemistry, economics, geosciences, mathematics, physics, psychology, and statistics, as well as programs in the School of Neuroscience and the Academy of Integrated Science, the latter which includes systems biology, nanoscience, and computational modeling and data analytics. For the 2018-209 academic year, the College of Science consisted of 419 faculty members, and 4,305 students, and 600 graduate students The college was established in July 2003 after university restructuring split the College of Arts and Sciences, established in 1963, into two distinct colleges. Lay Nam Chang served as founding dean of the College of Science from 2003 until 2016. In 2016, Sally C. Morton was named dean of the College of Science, and remains in the position.

Hitit University is a university in Çorum, Turkey, founded in 2006. The university was affiliated to Gazi University before splitting into an independent university, with existing educational units affiliated to this newly founded university in 2006.

Widya Mandala Catholic University

Widya Mandala Catholic University is a Roman Catholic private research university in Surabaya, Indonesia that was established in 1960. Its motto is "non scholae sed vitae discimus" which means "we do not learn for school, but for life".
