False Dreams is a Ugandan drama television series that premiered on DStv Uganda's Pearl Magic TV on 2 January 2020. The series stars Stellah Nantumbwe, Housen Mushema, Elizabeth Bwamimpeke and follows a group of friends from university who are struggling to navigate through the challenges in their lives. The series was produced by Phad Mutumba under the banner of his Phaz Motion Pictures in Kampala. [1] [2]

Somizi Buyani Mhlongo is a South African media personality, television presenter, actor, choreographer and socialite. In 1992, he appeared on the musical and political film, Sarafina! which gained him prominence. The series was commissioned by MultiChoice Uganda. It was produced under Ava Juliet productions and premiered on February 8, 2021, on Pearl Magic Prime channel at the launch of the channel.

Diana Nabatanzi is a Ugandan film entertainer, radio personality, TV presenter, film maker, essayist, chief and a scriptwriter. She is as of now a moderator at BBS Terefayina where she has different shows including a morning show called sumulula, kasukali and uga hood show.

Sanyu is a Ugandan drama television series that premiered on DStv Uganda's Pearl Magic Prime TV on 2 January 2020, at the premiere of MultiChoice Uganda's premium network, Pearl Magic Prime. The series stars Catherine Namugenyi in the lead role as Sanyu, along with Eleanor Nabwiso and Housen Mushema. Sanyu was nominated for Best Television Drama, and Tracy Kababiito was nominated for Best Actress in a Television Drama at the 8th Uganda Film Festival Awards.

Aaliyah Nanfuka is a Ugandan actress, playwright, creative, director and producer active since 2008.
