Plot

The film begins with a simpleton Subramanyam / Subbu, who works as a manager in a firm. He knits a no-nonsense lady, Durga, and the couple adopts Subbu's deceased sister's two sons. Following this, Durga gives birth to twins. The imps ball up with the deviltry, for which Subbu has to shift their residence frequently. Thus, Subbu purchases his own in a locality full of bizarre characters, including a retired Lance naik Bhagath, a loud-mouthed neighbor, Santharam, and some demented feminists. Things worsen when Subbu rents his portion to Pataudi, a strange guy.

Later, Subbu admits his guilt by sharing the address with Pataudi's dysfunctional family, which is the one that he cannot imagine. It consists of his wife, Kantham, a hardcore virago, two more strong imps who hike the muff, and a teenage sister-in-law, Sujatha. Sujatha is infatuated with Subbu and stalks him day and night. Parallelly, Babloo, who aspires to love Sujatha, threatens Subbu with his gang. Here, the difficulty creates turmoil and turbulence. The rest of the story is a comic tale of how Subbu discards these problems.
