Albani Bryggerierne A/S is a brewery located in Odense, Denmark, and the vast majority of its customers live on the island of Funen. The brewery was founded by MPharm Theodor Schiøtz in 1859. In 2000, the brewery merged with Bryggerigruppen with the Brewery group, a group of Danish regional breweries.

Beer in Norway has a long history, stretching back more than a millennium. Until some 200 years ago, most farms where it was possible to grow grain south of the Arctic Circle, brewed their own beer. With the exception of the farmhouse ales, most beer styles brewed in Norway trace their ancestry to central Europe.
Cains was a brewery in Liverpool, England, founded in 1858 by Robert Cain. The company merged with Peter Walker & Son in 1921 to form Walker Cains. Peter Walker & Son had a large brewery in Warrington so sold its Liverpool brewery to Higsons in 1923. Boddingtons of Manchester took over in 1985. In 1990, Whitbread acquired Boddington's brewing operations and closed the brewery. It was reopened by GB Breweries, who became part of Bryggerigruppen in 1991, and in 2002 was sold to Gardener-Shaw for £3.4 million.

As of 2018 it owns the brewery in France that produces the Lorina soft drink brand. It also brews and markets Heineken and Pepsi in Denmark.

Faxe Brewery is a Danish brewery located in the town of Faxe. The brewery was founded in 1901 by Nikoline and Conrad Nielsen. It was called Fakse Dampbryggeri, but after her husband's death, Nikoline christened the brewery Faxe Bryggeri. And it is best known for its strong export beers. In 1989 Faxe Bryggeri merged with Bryggerigruppen, which later developed into Royal Unibrew. It is known around Germany for its 5% 1 litre cans, North America for its 8% and 10% 500mL cans, and Denmark, where it is produced, especially in Norway and Greenland. In addition to beer, it produces soft drinks such as Faxe Kondi, Nikoline, Ceres Red Soda, Thor Passion, Albani Tonic Water and Pepsi, Mountain Dew, 7 Up and Mirinda by license from USA.
Christianssands Bryggeri is a Norwegian brewery centred in Kristiansand. Together with Hansa Bryggeri in Bergen and Borg Bryggerier in Sarpsborg it makes up Hansa Borg Bryggerier AS, which is the second largest group of breweries in Norway, next to Ringnes.
Faxe or Fakse is a town on the island of Zealand in eastern Denmark. It is located in Faxe Municipality in Region Zealand. The town is most known for the Faxe Brewery, Royal Unibrew, a relatively large brewery producing a range of beer and soft drinks, soda, energy drinks, Faxe Kondi and many more and so on. On the edge of town lies a big limestone quarry (1 km2), Faxe Quarry owned by Faxe Kalk. A Haribo Licorice factory was also founded in Faxe in 1935.
